Sirvan, the owner of this small restaurant across the street from The Grand Hotel, is what is known as a "Baklava Master," having honed his craft while working at Imam Caldas for 24 years. The Baklava is wonderful, as are the kebaps, and lahmacun. This place does not have the same ambience as "Imam," but the hype and splash are not here either. Just good food, good service. Sirvan is a most gracious chef/host. Please let him know I sent you!
