I travel to Gaziantep on business and found the hotel to be excellent. Located next to the industrial section (not downtown), it's great if you are visiting the local factories. Much nicer than the downtown located Grand Hotel. I had dinner at the grand hotel which was excellent but hotel seemed tired. Pool is enormous at the Dedeman and the gym was the best i've found in ANY hotel in a long time. Rooms are Euro modern decor and simple but clean and perfect for the price. Don't forget to try the kebabs and the baclava of Gaziantep since these are their signature dishes and famous throughout turkey!

The Dedeman Gaziantep has everything you could need or want in a five star hotel. Apart from the excellent quality facilities, we felt truly welcome by the most sincere and kind staff. All the staff from front office, reception, guest services, sales, housekeeping and even in the gym showed genuine concern for us during our stay, always making eye contact and smiling, often anticipating our needs and taking the time and due care to make sure we enjoyed our time in the Dedeman. We never had any problems at all during our stay, thanks to the thoughtful staff.

The facilities including the luxurious pool, gym and spa were always highly presentable and of the highest standard, our room was immaculately clean and comfortable at all times and the La Luna restaurant and Rumkale restaurant offered such an immense variety of cuisine which we had never seen before! All this meant that we never wanted to leave the hotel! The location of the hotel was not an issue at all, as the shuttle service and drivers were always available to escort us into town if we needed anything, and we never felt that any request was unreasonable for staff. Furthermore, we always felt safe and at home in the Dedeman Gaziantep, any time during day or night.

Having had the opportunity to get to know the General Manager and so many staff made Gaziantep such a memorable place for us, and we look forward to returning one day. We absolutely recommend this hotel to all visitors to Gaziantep!

We chose this hotel because it offered a large discount on the list price. Once there we understood why this hotel may have trouble attracting customers. It is located in the middle of an industrial zone, far away from the city, and even so it is not that cheap. The facilities are rather grotesque, trying hard to pretend this is a top-class hotel when from close-up it feels at best like a glorified three-star place. The service was poor: it took time for the promised internet connection to be set up, and on checking out we were billed twice. I trust the Novotel in Gaziantep proper is far better.

The staff at the Dedeman in Gaieantep are more like nannies for adults than hotel personnel! If you have a need or want, they will anticipate it and fulfill your desire before you can express it! They are stupendous. Murat at the front door and Seval in guest services as well as Mehmet in the kitchen are the crown jewels of this wonderful business hotel that will send you to the museums in a taxi driven by Atakan, who will drive you around all day and walk you through the bazaars until you have absolutely everything last thing you came for and will then charge you $60. Some would say that the people at the Dedeman at Antep are superb hoteliers but in reality they are people who are superb at relationships. This is a hotel that I will return to time and time again.

We were driving through the Eastern part of Turkey and were delighted to find this gem. Loved the city of Antep, now called Gaziantep, with its European feel. This hotel is outside of town in what will be a very exclusive part of this rapidly growing city. But if you have your own transportation, the new must-see Zeugma Museum with its extraordinary collection of mosaics is just down the road, and the city center is only 10-15 minutes away. The hotel is well-appointed, with attentive and professional staff. The pool, sauna and work-out rooms are wonderful and the daily breakfast buffet is very nice. We decided to extend our stay because we found this property so relaxing.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are larger. Some rooms have a window between the bathroom and the main bedroom. You can ask to see other rooms if you do not like this.
