“Great cozy place, central location”

If you are going to pamukale and staying over night, which i recomend, you should sleep in Beyaz Kale. The owners are really nice and the place feels like a second home.
The beds are really confortable and even if the room is not as huge as our 4 stars hotel in izmir, we had a better sleep on Beyaz Kale. There is a swiming pool and a roof top restaurant overviewing part of the natural jacuzzi of pamukale. I loved it and would go back for sure !

Beyaz Kale was not a good hotel, the misrepresented themselves with how much they were charging for the night (they were trying to charge more than what was quoted online) and for the breakfast they lure you to eating it without informing you that it is not a free breakfast. The day we arrived at 8 am the owner said come and have breakfast, the next day he did the same, however this time he charged us for breakfast- a ridiculous price for a lackluster breakfast. Be wary of the pool, it is cold and small and not what it looks like on the pictures. The son of the owner is pompous. The hotel is small and not as good as other hotels that are around Pamukkale. I would choose another hotel.

The location is perfectly located for the sights. The rooms and spring water fed swimming pool are basic but clean and well priced. The gem about the place is the wonderful owners. Hacer is a wonderful cook and a bubbly hostess. We ate there two nights because the food was excellent. My advice is to order her suggestion. We arrived at 7.00am after an all night bus trip and they booked us in early and gave us breakfasts, we had to leave early as well and they insisted on making breakfasts a half hour before normal opening.

It's hard to find a good place in Pamukkale but Beyaz Kale met all of our needs at the right price. We had dinner here one night, the food was good, and breakfast covered all the bases. I liked the location because it is on a quite street but still close to everything. The staff is also friendly and helpful, and it is easy to access amenities like the pool and wifi. Overall a solid value for a stay in the area.

Nice place to stay in Pammukale. We stayed there one night and had a good experience.

Room was really clean and everything was fonctionnal. Since Pammukale is really hot, we enjoyed the nice swimming pool.

The best kept secret about this place is the couple who runs it: both the lady and the gentleman are really, really nice person!! Always smiling, laughing and taking care of us! And it seems that the lady cooks like no one: great reviews on her cooking skills in both lonely plaanet and the routard!

A bargain with basic rooms but including a/c, wifi, pool fed by the water from the mountain (good for cooling down in the heat!) and breakfast included in the 80 TL double-room two persons. Good value.
Located in the "center" of Pamukkale and convenient near the entrance to the travertines (less than five minutes walk). Take an early start and you get there before the crowds from the tour- buses. Good for both families, couples and backpackers.
The meals are good value and homecooked by the owner, served by her sons. We recommend this hotel if basic accomodation is wanted!

Room is very basic, but what more do you need than a bed? It is so cheap to stay here, and it has breakfast included, free wifi, swimming pool and aircon! It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the white terraces so very convenient and a 5 min walk from where the local buses drop you off. One of the guys from the pension was at the bus stop when we arrived and kindly took my suitcase for me on his scooter so I didn't have to carry it in the 38 degree heat!
