“Wonderful Hotel, Great Food.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2011

We stayed here two nights with another couple. Everything that everyone already said about the hotel is true. Its clean, affordable and in a great location. The food was lovely (however a bit overpriced) but better than you would get in town. The staff was more than helpful . However this is a family friendly hotel so you have to expect kids running around (early) and babies crying occasionally. It didn't bother us but it might bother other child free couples. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Room Tip: Some have balconies.

I stayed here only for 1 night, the price was the lowest among the hotels in my Turkey trip, yet the room, facilities, especially the food were great. At the beginning, I felt the owner is polite enough but not that friendly. But when we walked in the street trying to find the post office, he dropped by, asked where we were going and then gave us a ride. That changed my first impression! We also tried the dinner here, it's far beyond my expectation. I really really loved their lamp kebap with rice----not sure if it was because we're Chinese and it was similar to the food in Western China, (如果你是中国人,你一定要试试这里的晚餐,是我土耳其之旅最好吃的一顿,不会后悔的哈!) If you are Asian, the dinner set might be too much for 1 person, we just ordered one set plus soup & salad and it was pretty enough for two.

The hotel is excellent in value! I will return.

3 weeks into the trip and everything had been perfect - This was one place I was a little worried about - on the website it looked lit up like a christmas tree - tacky even - but nothing could be further from the truth.
This is a budget priced hotel, as cheap as they get, but there is nothing cheap or undersirable about the accommodation. The hotel has been lovingly restored to a former glory I suspect and I could fault nothing about it. It is a lovely family run hotel with a restaurant that serves good food - amusing actually, the kitchen is below ground with a servery that comes out on ground level - so that is where all the food gets picked up from - the ground.!
We wandered around Pammukale looking for somewhere special to eat - we chose and it wasn't that great - having a drink back at the Venus with the aromas and food coming out, we wished we'd dined at the hotel!

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of Pamukkale, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, the rooms were well decorated and clean and had everything which one would need. The hotel also had a pool which was a welcome after a long drive in the heat. The hotel also does meals in the evening which was ok, also served beers and drinks in the garden.
This hotel was a gem of a find and we would definitely recommend to any age group.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and colourful, the staff are friendly and most helpful. We ate there in the garden every night. Pammukale itself we would give a miss but the hotel as a base for visits to Aphrodisias, (1 1/2 hrs. journey) is excellent.

should not expect a warm welcome from the Patriarch of this hotel but maybe that should not stop you from staying here as it is a very clean hotel, nice indoor and outdoor common areas, good breakfast and close to the thermal springs.

Room Tip: Don't get a room on the first floor located next to the outside restaurant area. Noisy and no ba...

A great, family run, friendly hotel. we spent 3 nights here and it was a great base for seeing the Travetines and the Hieropolis Ruins. Really nice rooms, a decnt pool, lovely breakfast and attentive and helpful service from Yuses and family - great food at night.
Highly recommended.
