That was the exact feeling I had. It's beautiful and breathtaking. Bring your suit and take a deep in which you would never regret it. Towel are provided and enjoy an hour or so...there are also cafe's in which they serve you good foood and ice creams!

We visited the cleopatra pool on our trip to Pamakkale. We found the facilities to be nice and well equipped. The pool itself is unique and pleasantly warm even in winter. The staff however could attend to skimming the algae that is an unattractive quality to bathe among. There are lockers, changing rooms and food and beverage available. We found all to be overpriced and put us off from actually using site. If the prices were more reasonable and the pool better maintained we would rate this site as excellent.

I was skeptical and thought that this would be more of a tourist trap than an actual thermal pool.

Nevertheless, I have it a try given that there weren't that many people in the pool (note that I was there in January).

The water was surprisingly warm and comfortable despite the cold I would not have minded that it be just a tad warmer than body temperature, but it was nonetheless very comfortable.

I only wish I brought underwater goggles!!!

Oh! Bring a towel!!

Its one thing to write and another to experience. And this naturally warm water in the middle of nowhere looks miraculous.

Highly recommended. One must not leave pamukkale without swimming here.
