Reviewed June 5, 2014

Our tour paid for this hotel stop so I have no idea the price for room or meal BUT it was a lovely place..the room was modern, had air-conditioning, European-style in many ways.
.if the price fits, do not hesitate.

Room Tip: all seem well located

We stayed in this hotel last week on a tour and found the stay quite comfortable, perhaps they have improved things?

The hotel is situated close to the tourist attractions which makes it easy to to get to the thermal pools and not far from the restaurants of Pamukkale. For breakfast and dinner there was a buffet selection available. The dinner buffer was only 15 TL and included a few different turkish meats, many salads and some Turkish deserts.

I would have preferred to stay further away from the tourist attraction but this is where our tour was booked. Cobwebs, mildew, ripped sheet, water tap that sprayed out in front, grubby hotel. Perhaps if management improved a few rooms and closed off the majority of the hotel, there would be more reason to stay here.

Avoid if possible!

We were stationed there by our polish tour operator "Itaka" during the 7-day trip around Turkey. The hotel room was stinking of tobacco smoke, the toilet was horrible, room furniture old and worn out, the food just edible.
There were no lifts, no fridge, the TV did not work. The Staff could not communicate in any language other that turkish.

It was a very unpleasant night. Thankfully, only one night.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 315. Perhaps other rooms were different?

This hotel has the benefit of being close to Pamukkale's famed white terraces and adjoining ruins. This means that you can beat the crowds and midday sun and visit early in the day or late in the afternoon.

The hotel lobby is spacious and airy - hiding what follows dated and dingy rooms that you are glad aren't too well lit for fear the cleanliness or lack thereof will be fully revealed. All of the rooms have little balconies that open out onto the pool complex in the central courtyard. This is a great benefit as the air conditioning was ineffective and having a cool breeze blow in through an open door was a god send.

The bathroom was functional but extremely dated and didn't give one a clean feeling. This was not helped by bath towels that were past there use by date.

The breakfast was a strong point with a good selection and fresh bread and strong hot and cold selections.

On the positive side it has fabulous free wifi with a strong signal throughout the hotel and a lovely outdoor pool complex - although the hot pool indoor bit seemed a little bit like something out of a 1980's slasher movie.

Firstly, the toilet when sat on rocks side to side, tv is older than my grandad and not working, lights were working, probably the only thing that worked. Doors never closes and the key holder socket broken, air con works on and off so luck of the draw I guess. Thermal swimming pool was just a cold pool with wrong title I guess. Food was just below standard. Overall as the title states, don't stay unless you have to, even a hostel is cleaner for less price. Hope I don't put you off, just that I work as an tour operator, we only stayed one night as part of a 2 day tour

This is a horrible, shabby and disgusting hotel. The first day they didn’t had water, after they fixed the problem; cold water only! Despite the size of the room, the AC is licking on the floor; there are infiltrations of water everywhere in the ceilings, walls, the bathroom is a dump, etc. The food is very bad, mainly disgusting leftovers from the previous days, for the drinks you need to pay at the reception, whatever they ask, i.e. a beer 5 Euros. The only positive thing to say about this horrible experience- we had clean towels and that’s it. See photos!
