We too stayed here as part of the Treasures of Turkey tour and found it to be large, but clean, friendly and efficient. Our room was of a good size and the bathroom was more than adequate but as usual, it was too warm for me, so opening a window or putting on the air-con was necessary. The air con won, as the room faced a walkway which, although not noisy, was frequented by other guests once or twice. The dining room was large, once again, and the food adequate at least, if not a bit better than some of the others we stayed in. There is an excellent photo opportunity for hot-air balloon watching from the terrace at 7a.m.. We counted 32 in the air at any one time. On the whole we were pleased to stay here on our penultimate night before coming home.

Very cheap looking hotel. Shiny furniture, goldish hand rails. The breakfast buffet was terrible, the scramble eggs did not look natural I think they were box powder eggs. The air balloon shuttle picks you up at 5 am and the rooms do not have a coffee machine. Is definetly a group hotel, too big to give good service. The tour was a natural experience and then you get to this very big hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in the Cappadocia area with its five star quality, some around 700 beds and with its best location. Good and professionel staff, delicious food, large and clean rooms, just ten minutes walk to the town where you can find cheap restaurants with the delicious local dishes.

Stayed here as part of a tour from premio tours. the tour itself was excellent and recommended. Hotel room was spacious and clean. the room was always really warm, had to open the window to let some cool in! Terrific views across the valley, friendly staff. Good bar snacks at reasonable prices. The town is only a ten min walk away down the hill and there we found very cheap restaurants serving good food. There is a little kiosk across the road selling wine, beer and snacks, all very reasonable. The pool looked great but we didn't use it because it was too cool at this time of year.

Room Tip: we were in block 2 and found it very peaceful.

As mentioned by many people if you are travelling with a group and not staying in a rock hotel this is the sort of hotel you will probably find yourself in. From the outside the hotel looks quite impressive but our room was small and cramped with particularly poor lighting making it almost impossible to read. I did request another lamp but it never came. I'm sure that as an independent traveller the location may be better than many as at least one could walk into the town.
The buffets at breakfast and dinner were not as varied as other Turkish hotels I have stayed in with the same rating but ratings are not international and is often based on facilities, not quality. However, this is not even Turkish 5 * and we were disappointed.

This Hotel was situated around 10 minutes walk from the Urgup town centre. We stayed here on the penultimate night of our Treasures of Turkey tour and enjoyed the experience. Good service at the hotel, nice reception and swimming pool. Good sized room with modern furnishing, and a decent bathroom too - not large but large enough.
The dinner buffet had plenty of variety and they did a good job considering that they were catering for a large number of people. Breakfast was similarly good.
We were one of the tour groups referred to by others - although we as individuals prefer independence from the group at times (we need space) tours are probably the best way of seeing many different sights and this hotel was ideal from this perspective. It was certainly one of the better hotels we experienced en route.

Clean, comfortable, Good service, buffet as dinner option Well stuffed, we stayed two nights. New facilities and great swimming pool. Perssia is not a cave hotel but is a certain option, the worse is that is the meeting point for several travel agencies with big groups
