Staying on Esbelli Evi is totally awesome! Special mention to Jasemin who took care of everything and tyke? sorry I forgot his complete name :)) They gave advise on places to go and take note with no extra charge love it! The room was so clean, comfortable with free wi-fi and a laptop too, and flat screen tv. Most probably I will be back here soon.

a wonderful and different place to stay that was extremely comfortable with much thought put into the rooms and amenities. There is a very clean washer/dryer which was a lifesaver.
The staff are very helpful, warm and friendly. We rented a car for 3 days and were given a map and sights to see for each of the 3 days we were there which made seeing the important sights a breeze.
Breakfast was delightful on the terrace with a lovely view and delicious Turkish breakfast.
It was a very unique place to stay, cozy and welcoming.

Lovely property, far away from the tourist traps but still very close to everything. The cave room/suites were top-notch and nothing was amiss. They were spacious, well furnished and everything was provided for.

Yasemin and her team were brilliant and helpful, courteous and always smiling.

The breakfast was lovely and well laid out. A short walk away were lovely places for fine dining (both veg and non-veg).

You get a very personalised and unique experience at this hotel. Truly the highlight of our trip.

Room Tip: All suites are great. We had the family suite, which was large and truly lovely.

We went to Esbelli Evi on the advice of a friend in Istanbul, and boy, did it live up to the hype. Some of the best service I have experienced at a hotel. Jasemin, in particular was awesome. They had a rental car delivered to the hotel. They took care of returning it. We put our laundry in the washer--they dried and folded it, then delivered it to our room. They had fresh fruit and tea available 24/7. They gave advice on places to go, along with maps. And all of this was done with no extra charge.

Breakfast is great, with homemade omlettes and lots of local products. The rooms are clean. The heaters made an odd whirring noise, but it wasn't that bad.

Halfway through, we upgraded rooms to the "Fantasy Cave Suite," which was really unbelievable and quite comfortable.

Room Tip: The suites are really awesome

We stayed for a week . The location is perfect to discover Cappadocia. The atmosphere of the hotel reflects the natural beauty around it. The room we stayed was great. It was clean and well equiped. The food was freshly made by using local products. I especially enjoyed 'quince jam'. The hotel manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We strongly recomend.

Spent four amazing days at this hotel in late April. They were kind enough to upgrade our rooms because it was still pre-season and they weren't filled.
The whole physical setting of the hotel is quite unique for an American. The rooms are literally cave-like, but very elegant caves! Our bathroom was probably 14 x 14, mansion-size for New York. Great shower! Each room seems to have its own special outdoor seating area which looks out on beautiful views of the city and the mountains. Breakfast on the terrace -- we couldn't bring ourselves to eat inside, even though it was cold the first few mornings -- was wonderful Definitely have an omelet though there's plenty to eat if you don't want eggs.
The staff, especially Yasmin, the manager, were helpful and courteous. She even gave us a cell phone with the hotel's number in it, so we call if we got lost or had any questions! When I was planning the trip we exchanged several e-mails and her responses were prompt and helpful. Two great restaurants were within walking distance -- Dimrat and Ziggy's -- so after sight-seeing and hiking you knew you were getting good meals.
We booked Esbelli Evi on the recommendation of friends, not realizing it was so highly rated in Trip Advisor. They loved it and so did we. Urgup is also very centrally located for everything you want to do in the valley, so it's an excellent choice location-wise as well.

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite which was really spacious and definitely worth paying more. We were upgraded, b...
