“Turkish hospitality, wonderful Italian food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2011

Having enjoyed exquisite Turkish cooking on our holiday, we did not intend to have three Italian meals, but ended up doing so at Cafe In.  The hospitality and generosity of the serves was typically Turkish, but the food was wonderful Italian.   Seher's take on spaghetti bolognese is divine and her pizzas have thin crisp bases that can hold the toppings and their shape well when eating slices by hand. The apple and cinnamon tea comes with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick in addition to apple tea leaves that do not need any additional sweetening.  Seher and the team are attentive and they were more than happy for us to sit out in the sun on the sidewalk watching life go by, a lovely way to spend an afternoon in Urgup.

“Best restaurant in town”

The owner is very friendly and she cooks very well.
They serve international food with a hint of turkish flavor and if you are looking to eat very well, in a friendly atmosphere don't hesitate to sit on the street tables.
It is located in the center of this beautiful and peaceful little town in Cappadocia.

“Cafe In-The Highlight of Urgup”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2011

Out of all the eating places I tried in Turkey, this family-run restaurant was my favorite (actually, it was the only restaurant I truly enjoyed). Cafe In provides a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere along with flavorful food and diverse menu. The quality and taste of the food was exceptional; every, single dish came out of the kitchen freshly cooked. The menu ranges from pizza to pasta to burgers. I particularly enjoyed their pesto pasta and the onion rings. The service matched the food: excellent and quick. I consider myself to be rather picky, however, they were able to accommodate my requests. Overall, eating at Cafe In was a pleasurable experience and I will most definitely return there on my next visit to Turkey.
