This hotel is an absolute must visit - it's amazing construction from ruins to a space of perfection with the most amazing attention to detail with each space filled with treasures from across the country - hence the name Museum Hotel.

The location is magical and the Hotel is simply gorgeous. Its Relais and chateau so the standard is very good. The hotel is located at the top of the hill and its terraced with amazing gardens, peacocks, flowers. This Hotel really is a dream. On arrival a very welcome cool fresh lemonade and of course Turkish Delight was offered. A tour of the hotel followed through terraced gardens full of peacocks and turtles and love birds. We stayed C Atalkaya Cave suite which was stunning with the best sheets ever. To wake up in the morning or lie in the bath with view of Cappadoccia was truly extraordinary especially the site of lots of hot air balloons in the early morning.. Gripe one the pool which is not heated was in a sensational setting. The breakfast on the terrace was excellent. A selection of Freshly squeezed juices including melon, grape orange apple pear was available. Eggs made to order very substantial selection of breads honeycomb pastries. Don't bother with the restaurant for dinner. The setting is magical but my second gripe is the food was indifferent, cold bland which bearing in mind the hotel grows its own produce which you can see and the great breakfast was surprising and disappointing. The massage overlooking the valley with perfumed roses is a must. Highly Recommended

Room Tip: I had a look at some of the rooms. They all looked pretty good. We took the Junior suite which had a...

An amazing hotel with excellent service. The rooms, pool and restaurant were all unique and i would recommend this hotel to anyone and would defiantly stay again if to return to Cappadocia. 10/10. The service from the staff was above and beyond expectations, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed all across Turkey.

The Museum Hotel was a dream to stay in. We went as part of the first leg of our honeymoon and stayed in the Kubelli Suite. The Suite was extremely big and had a nice balcony/terrace which overlooked the entire Cappadocia. The jacuzzi was large and had the same view as the terrace and there were two showers which was nice! We ate at the hotel's restaurant and the food was exemplary. Breakfast every morning was also excellent and had a wide spread of local cheeses as well as an egg station.

Overall a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed one night at Museum hotel last week and enjoyed every moment of the stay!
View from the hotel, service of the staff, quality of the room were all very special.
What we found very unique and surprising was the wine tap we had in our room. you open the bulb as you would use your water sink and the wine starts pouring. It is not Hot and Cold as water, it is Red and White of course!

The Museum Hotel is an outstanding hotel. We recommend you stay in this unique hotel when
travelling to Cappadocia. If seeking first class accommodation you would not go passed this
hotel.

The property is outstanding, great care has been taken to create this wonderful hotel, which is
a credit to the owner.

We are world travelers and stay in many outstanding properties and this would certainly rate
among them.

We stayed two nights but could have relaxed for a week if time permitted. It is a hidden secret
not to be missed.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 250 it was outstanding. We recommend you stay the best rooms it is an experience...

There is no doubt the hotel and swimming pool area are absolutely stunning and staying in a cave hotel is pretty cool. The breakfast is amazing. Free snacks by the pool with drinks and we felt spoiled. Plus peacocks, turtles and beautiful gardens.....So why only 4 stars? Well, dinner was expensive and not quite up to the cost. (15 US dollars for an okay glass of wine) If that were the only fault, I still would have rated the Museum Hotel five stars. But our suite, while beautiful inside, did not have much of a view which was a bit of a disappointment at such high prices. While most of the staff was eager to please, the front desk staff was a bit uneven. (Some were very good, others not so much.) Still and all, much more is right with the Museum hotel than wrong. I hope they work out the kinks because if they do, it will be a down right fabulous place. Plus a fitness center would be a great addition.

Room Tip: Request a room with a great view.
