Description: Lil’a is the à la carte restaurant of Museum Hotel, the only Relais & Châteaux hotel in Turkey, bringing the best recipes of Turkish cuisine, along with those special, almost forgotten traditional tastes of Anatolia and Cappadocia, and served with impeccable service to its guests. Situated in the most beautiful and scenic location of Cappadocia, and with its menus enriched by the creative suggestions of Chef Çağrı Erdoğan, one of the most successful chefs of the new generation in Turkey, Lil’a offers the most distinct interpretations of Anatolian cuisine and Cappadocia food culture with the assurance of the world-renowned Relais & Châteaux service quality.

We stayed at the Museum Hotel and our travel agent made reservations for our first night there. The food is turkish traditional with a flare. The quality, taste and presentation were quite good. The price is a little steep but the service (white glove) was excellent. We paid 95 dollars for dinner for 2 with wine. Overall it was a great experience.

The museum hotel itself is a very nice experience. The restaurant of the hotel is another. The decoration, welcoming, serving, view, all ambiance is the finest I have ever been. We really felt like Sultans. The menu on the other hand I think needs some improvements. I would expect some more old traditional dishes or some local plates, that can not be eaten any other places.
The wine list has good selections.
The service is fast.
The kids plate should include some more healthy things too.

The food and service are great in a beautiful room (not a cave). The only drawback is that the wines are a bit pricey.

Food was excellent but pricy as was the wine list. We felt as if we were an outsider in a five start restaurant as the head waiter made us feel as an outsider (although we were staying at the hotel) since we did not have a reservation yet the dining room had many open tables.

We were told that this was probably the best food in Uchisar but we thought it was inferior to Sira and Elai. Loads of staff so good service but the frequent attempt to upsell on wine and to pour the bottle between four glasses and immediately suggest another before we've even sipped it.
