Sultan cave was a great place to spend a few days in Goreme. Their terrace is covered in traditional Turkish carpets and pillows and they have a permanent breakfast set up for photography. It makes for some pretty awesome pictures with the balloons. Staff is very friendly and will help you with a rental car if needed. We checked in at midnight and they already had our rental car at the hotel ready to go for us at 4 AM so we could chase the balloons. Only down side was AC in the room. It was a bit hot but that could’ve also just been the weather outside. It gets very very hot in Goreme in July so the AC unit may have just had a hard time keeping up. All in all 5 Stars! Great experience!

Would highly recommend Sultan Cave Suites. We stayed for three nights and the room was beautiful, very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast included was delicious and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book our airport shuttle transfer and day tour (we did the Green tour through Kelebek Travel Goreme and our guide Tugba was outstanding). Reception is open 24/ 7 so there is always someone to help. View from the restaurant and terrace is breath taking!

Rooms are cave themed, built in an actual cave. Staff are friendlt, breakfast is basic.
Top terrace where u can actually take pics is a bit stressful simce all the guests want to take pics and there is no. Orderly method and u are rushed in to it.
Would be better if the hotel did have an actual professional up there handling the pics and queues.
Hotel has just under 30 rooms, as far as services go really really basic.
On thw plus side the hotel is located centre of city.
And make sure there are balloons before u come because they do get cancelled often with really basic conditions, with no one knowimg anything about it until the last minute. City is. Magical, wouldnt recommend you stay more than 2days, otherwise everything gets repeated.
Compared to the prices and whats around its a good hotel.

Best hotel in Kappadokiya. My special thanks to honorable Mr Onur, who took care of me and my friend. We came to stay for 1 night, but found that balloons can be canceled if it is too windy there. I think he could just actually say us goodbye, but instead, he found us a room and we managed to have the best sunrise ever. Thanks to him

My comeback review after a while. I shouldn’t miss giving this place my five stars because everything was so lovely. Imagine sleeping inside a cave - but with upgrades! How cool is that! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast - served at the restaurant with a view - was delicious and filling. The hotel also has a restaurant (Seten) that serves sumptuous Turkish food. Our go-to when we don’t want to explore Goreme and just enjoy the marvels from our room! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. They helped us booked our tours, transportation and our hot air balloon. Worth a come back!
