Our stay in Goreme was fantastic and made perfect by the wonderful staff here at this hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and we felt they were good friends by the end of our 3 night stay. Our accomodation was really comfortable, the breakfast was the best we had on our 6 week holiday, the restaurant service and food A1 quality, the position spectacular and Mustafa and Hassan and all the staff were without fault, and were available 24/7 always up for an apple tea and a chat! If you are considering staying here, you won't regret it

Absolutely loved it!! Our stop in Goreme was an afterthought but turned out to be the best part of our honeymoon. The staff at Sultan Caves were the best. They organised our transfer to and from the airport, helped us out with all of the activities we wanted to do and were just incredibly friendly and welcoming. By the second day we felt as if they were old friends. They also gave us complimentary rides to attractions and the start of valley hikes whenever we wanted them, as well as local knowledge about restaurants and bars.

The accommodation itself was stunning. The rooms are wonderful, they are all unique caves so when you book, the hotel emails you and asks if there is one in particular that you would like. Even though we chose one, when we got there we found that it wasn't well suited to us so they showed us three others that we could choose from. Our room ended up being very private, quiet and cool, which was a relief from the dry heat outside.

The terrace has spectacular views of the unusual landscape and the restaurant has some of the best dishes in the town.

I cannot emphasise how much we loved staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

Room Tip: When you book, the hotel will email you to view the rooms on the website and choose one. Even so, it...

Rooms were well appointed, the staff were so accommodating and did what they promised right on time. The terraces were beautiful. We had three generations traveling together. They gave us 3 rooms with our own private courtyard. It was wonderful. This was my favorite place in Turkey. Heartily recommend.

Stayed for two nights in this hotel. The views are spectacular. The staff are really nice and helpful. We were three and they provided a king suit for us. Which was pretty much one of the biggest hotel suits I've ever been to. The atmosphere of Sultan Cave suits was a big part of our magical stay in Cappadocia. They helped us planning our tours in Goreme. The location of the hotel is perfect. Its like a walking distance from Goreme open air museum and you could easily book for hot air ballooning tours from the hotel itself. Their restaurant is good as well and there are many other restaurant in a walking distance from the hotel. Thanks to Hassan and the amazing staff. They managed to get us a booking in a very good hot air ballooning company although it was a very short notice from our side and if it wasn't for them. We woulnt have made the most of our short stay in Cappadocia. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 3 days at Sultan Suits and would recommend it if you are visiting Goreme. Although it's about a 10 minute walk up a relatively steep hill from the main town centre, the views are spectacular. We stayed in the top level Cave Suite with two balcony's both with amazing views over the valley. The restaurant downstairs did a great Sish in a traditional oven. The staff are nice and friendly and the hotel has a very relaxed vibe in the afternoon when all the guests would sit around on the many balcony's with wine enjoying the sunset. My only criticism is that some of the small details were missed, liked clean drinking glasses in the room each day etc. but nothing major. Hassan is a great host. Very knowledgeable and took are of all yours and balloon flight booking (which I highly reccomend Turkiea Balloon Co).

We booked Sultan Caves based on reviews from Trip Advisor. Traveled as a couple in October 2013. The whole booking experience & interacting through e-mails gave positive vibes about it being a good place with prompt staff.
We reached Goreme by bus early morning (4 AM). We were picked up from the bus stop, within minutes of giving a call from the Tourism office.
We had to wait till about 9 AM for our room to be ready. So we just went around for a walk & were mesmerized by the breathtaking views from the hotel as the sun was rising & the entire landscape seemed to have been changing colours.
The room, or the 'cave' where we stayed was excellent. The pictures of the rooms are available on the website & one must make a deliberate effort in choosing the best room. Our room had all basic facilities including a nice balcony with a great view of the town.
We were not lucky enough to see balloons on any of the mornings of our stay.
The breakfast served is very good - elaborate & well prepared. The staff is very proactive & soft spoken.
The owner (or maybe Manager, and if i remember, his name is Mehmet) is a very soft spoken gentleman who helped us plan our day, giving very good recommendations of places to see, and even arranging travel, etc.
A great experience of staying in a cave - must do !! and that too at Sultan Caves...
will surely return here someday for the warm hospitality & excellent views in this out of the world landscape !

Room Tip: deliberately browse pictures of the room on the hotel website & then only decide. The good thin...
