We arrived with only one night booked after an overnight bus trip...tired and needing a shower. The beautiful smiling manager managed to accomodate us with 3 different rooms and all were just lovely and clean, One very small, but very comfortable. All with ensuites and all different prices.
The staff are just amazing at this hotel and should be very proud of their service and friendliness. The breakfasts are wonderful, and all in all just an amazing place to stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy Turkey. These lovely people made our stay so enjoyable, and I would love to welcome all of the staff into our home in Australia, that is how very welcome we were made. The tours we arranged were amazing, and the ballooning in such a special place an experience not to be missed..... Thank You, Thank you, Thank you. Claire & Merv from Australia

A big thank you to Mehmet, Mustafa, and the rest of the staff at Sultan Cave Suites for a fantastic stay in Cappadocia. The hotel was wonderfully situated atop the hill overlooking Goreme, with a view over the magical landscape - which was especially nice in the morning while enjoying the delicious and generous breakfast (and dinner at the hotel's restaurant was great!). Our room was great - spacious, comfortable and quiet. Mehmet and Mustafa were very helpful in making sure we made the most out of our trip and were always around the hotel to chat with us (we still aren't sure when they sleep!). From a hot air balloon ride at sunrise, to a horseback ride through the beautiful valleys, to guided tours of Cappadocia, to an afternoon at the hamam, they are very attentive and offered to arrange incredible excursions/activities for us. They also scheduled our airport transfers and helped with transportation to neighboring towns. We definitely recommend that anyone go discover this region of Turkey and stay at the Sultan Cave Suites. Goreme is centrally located and the perfect 'homebase' to explore Cappadocia.

We stayed at the Sultan cave Suites and had a fabulous time. The hotel is quite unique, situated in between the fairy chimneys of Goreme. The cave rooms are great fun, the breakfasts wonderful, and the restaurant very swish. The location is perfect, near to the towns restaurants, and surronded by the most incredible countryside we have ever hiked in. The staff made us feel so welcome, and were very helpful.
They helped us book a hot air balloon ride, which was a once in a life time experience.

This hotel is an absolute gem in Goreme, the views from the hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and the advice about the region was fantastic. The tours organised by the hotel were fabulous, great guide and really great people on the tour. If I go back to Goreme I will stay here.

I did my research and saw the great reviews. My friend agreed. So we stayed at Sultan Cave Suites. Our room was beautiful, the views were stunning and Mustafa was so helpful that we couldn't have asked for anything more! He assisted us with our trip to Pamukkale, with our hot air balloon ride and just overall helpful facts about what to see in the short amount of time we were in town. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was one of the best I've had, and breakfast was comprehensive with lots of choices of fresh everything! We also met a lot of great people who were also staying at the hotel. It was busy enough to socialize and have a great time! The town center was 2 minutes away and the open air museum wasn't much farther, so of course we walked everywhere! LOVED IT!! :)

When I was looking for a hotel in Goreme, my first choice was Kelebek, which, unfortunately, didn't have any rooms available for the days we were there. After contacting several hotels in the area, I decided to book Sultan Cave Suites, not knowing that it's Kelebek's sister hotel and that it's actually connected to Kelebek. And guess what? It's cheaper than Kelebek!

I loved everything about this place.
- Our room was nice, spacious, and clean; bed was comfortable; fireplace kept us warm.
- Staff was helpful and friendly.
- The location is great. The town is just 2 minutes down the hill.
- You have a nice view of the gorgeous surroundings from just about every patio. (Wake up early in the morning and watch the hot air balloons fly by!)
- Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had the best selection out of the 3 hotels where we stayed in Turkey. (I miss the dried mulberries.) And the hotel's restaurant, Seten, had superb Anatolian cuisine and local wine in a more upscale (but not pretentious) environment.
- The hamam was heavenly! If you want a break from exploring all the beautiful sites and sceneries in and around Goreme, this is definitely a great way to relax.

Checking out of Sultan Cave Suites and going back to Istanbul made me a bit sad because I knew I was leaving this beautiful haven and that my hotel in Istanbul wouldn't measure up to this place.
