We spend a great couple days at the Travellers Cave Pension. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. It was off season so it was not overly busy. The staff was extremely helpful in booking tours. We took a hot air balloon ride and went horseback riding. Breakfast was included. Typical Turkish fare. Free WiFi in the rooms and a computer in the office area. We were picked up at the bus station upon arrival, since it is a little hard to find on your own. Once you find it, no problems getting around.
It was a little noisy. People talking outside rooms and a 4:30 am call to prayer was excessively loud. Plenty of hot water was a plus!

Travellers Cave is a pension but I felt as comfortable as in an hotel.
My room was a cave and nicely decorated.
Located in the center of Goreme.
The internet connection was fast and worked perfectly during my stay.
The breakfast was good.
You have to call to the reception to request the cleaning service.
The staff is lovely. They all speak english and were always willing to help me.

We spend a wonderful 9 nights at Travellers and it certainly lived up to its excellent reputation.

The staff were kind, knowledgable and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home and make the most of our stay in Cappadocia.

The trips they can help organise: ballooning, horse trekking, hiking and others were very good value but we were never under any obligation to take tours - the staff just make it happen seamlessly if that is what you want.

The rooms are beautiful, in a traditional style but with good quality linens and towels, modern bathrooms and even underfloor heating. Despite subzero temperatures outside we were warm and cosy in our cave room

There was also a nice area upstairs to sit, drink tea (or a glass of wine) and enjoy the amazing views,  the centre of the village is an easy 5 minute walk away.

Thank you to everyone at The Pension for making our stay in Goreme so special. Cappadocia is without doubt one of the wonders of the natural world and Travellers is the perfect base to explore it.

Was skeptical on arrival as our van drove to the end of a very windy/steep road before arriving and all we could think of is "how r we ever getting into town on foot?!". But dont worry, they have a 2nd entrance that exits at the bottom of the hill and just another 3min walk into town.
The room was so cozy and comfortable with all the amenities u needed. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. You are spoilt for choice during breakfast.
Note: If you are coming in from an airport, dont forget to contact the hotel for a shuttle. It would save you so much money. We had to learn this the hard way when we took a taxi from Nevsehir airport.
