Love the food soo much. I ate here everyday during my 4 days in goreme. Always ordered the fried eggs with spicy turkish sausage, grilled chicken, chicken doner and shish kebab.. The orange juice cost 5tl is freshly squeezed, very refreshing. Really recommended this rest to eveyone. The price also good as well.

“Tasty food at a reasonable price”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

This cafe restaurant is on a corner near the bus station in the centre of Goreme. We stopped for a snack and had one of the tastiest durum wraps I have had at a very fair price. We then ate there and drank there quite often. The staff are lovely and friendly and answered our many questions on the various seasonings used :) If you are looking for informal but tasty eating then this is the place to go. We even got our sandwich for our return bus trip from here.

“Not bad”
Reviewed May 23, 2013 via mobile

This was a random pick and I was quite surprised. I ordered the Turkish yoghurt ravioli and enjoyed it very much. The price was good and the chap serving me seemed alright, albeit a little slow. I rate it not bad

“Inauspicious but fantastic food and cheap”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

We returned to this little corner cafe 3 times because the food was so good and so inexpensive. It doesn't look much but they have comfortable seats and the simple but freshly cooked food is delicious. Try the Saksuka (pronounced Sharksuka) - it is to die for! Really it is just a selection of vegetables fried in olive oil but it is so sweet and just soooooooo delicious, it's quite irresistible. the owner of the Rose shop next door is charming, funny and friendly. He speaks very good English and is often at the Maccan. We can thoroughly recommend his shop too and we had a lovely and fun time there too.
