We took a dinner-time trail ride from a local outfitter which was splendid. The colour of the rock changes with the setting sun, ending with a fiery pink landscape. A great way to see the valley.

No signs on how to get out of it to get back to Goreme town. It's very easy to get lost in those valleys

We went by horseback (The Dalton Brothers). Though it rained, this was by far the best way to experience this lovely valley. The valley is truly rose in color and a bit reminiscent of Arizona.

Dont miss it! Easy hike with sun and shade. Stop at the fruit stand for juice or tea. Relax on pillows in the shade.

Great hike and plenty of fairy chimneys and rock wall caves to see. It took us about 2-3 hours going at a moderate pace. I liked the Pigeon valley hike better but this one is also worth doing.
