Just like last year me and my children (twelve and sixteen years old) had some fantastic days at Kelebek. Peaceful days at the pool, nice walks in the town and countryside. Very good food and extremely helpful staff. Don´t miss the organic breakfast in Kings Valley - a marvellous experience.

I stayed at Kelebek for 3 nights in August 2013. Kelebek hotel certainly lives up to its excellent reviews. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and took efforts to explain directions and make tour arrangements. The room was clean and the breakfast spread was varied. The organic breakfast was simply lovely and Ali, the owner who accompanied us was a good tour guide too! I spent a couple of afternoons just lying on the hammock in the garden which was just so nice. Tuna who was the the night receptionist also deserves special mention for being super helpful. And seeing the hot air balloons from Kelebek every morning was a highlight of my stay.

A friend and I stayed at Kelebek for two nights in Aug 2013. The service was outstanding - the staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us to make various reservations, including more complex ones that required negotiating with outside operators. We had a late flight the day we checked out, and they encouraged us to continue to use the facilities after we checked out (including pool, showers, etc.) The organic breakfast (complimentary) included a very informative tour and was aboslutely delicious. Would highly recomment checking it out.

I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Cappadocia. The staff was helpful in explaining all of the options in the area, getting dinner reservations and arranging transportation. The concierge, Unal was hilarious and did everything we asked for while at the hotel. They definitely are trying to make everything perfect for each of their guests. The pool was nice, and the hotel has a great morning view of the balloons. The garden breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip to Turkey. The owner was a great story teller and prepared a beautiful place for us in his garden. The eating area is beautiful and at night is a great place to relax and use the wi-fi. The room was a comfortable cave temperature and fit us fine. The walk to down is only about five minutes and the hill on the way back isn't bad at all.

Room Tip: Choose a room using their website. The pictures are very helpful.

My friend and I stay 2 nights at the Kelebek hotel. We arrived early in the morning using their preferred shuttle and were immediately greeted warmly by staff. As our room wasn't ready we were shown to the breakfast area. We were immediately impressed by the beautiful views from the restaurant patio. We sat on the day beds on the restaurant balcony overlooking the town and used the available wifi until our room was ready. We stayed in room no. 10. This room is generous in size. As it is a cave room it didn't receive that much natural light. The bathroom was clean, though the shower head wasn't great and the toilet had trouble working at first. Other than that the rooms met our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful with organising tours and making bookings. Though they recommended we use their own tour companies and restaurant, we were happy to do so as they seemed to be the most reliable and successful businesses in the area! Our stay went very smoothly thanks to the helpful staff and beautiful buildings. My favourite part of my stay here were the communal areas. The views from the outdoor areas and rose garden are stunning!
I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, Sultan Cave Suites or use any of their other services as they are top notch in the area.

Room Tip: Room 10 is okay if you don't mind lack of natural sunlight otherwise don't choose a cave roo...

This place is fantastic - it's special and gives a sense of being taken care of. The staff is very helpful with nothing being a bother. They drove us to the outdoor museum without charge and were happy to help us go to other places. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was stunning. Located on a hill, it had beautiful views and soft breezes. Some large steps which could hinder some people.

Room Tip: You can select your own room from their website photos.
