Very nice hotel with many cave rooms (not all).
Big bathroom with jacuzzi.
Free wireless with good signal even in the room.
Great sunset view from the restaurant and other terraces.
Balloons pass just above the hotel in the early morning (about 6:30 am).

Room Tip: Ask for a cave apartment.

Great location looks beautiful from the outside, view from the outside of our room breath taking. Its ends there, the room is nice looking but the hard wood floor chipped so they tried to hide it with an area rug, not a good idea. The door hard a crack D224, I was told I was upgraded not sure what my other room was like. One of the guest mentioned about the tour they got we got the tour too but not of the amenities in the room but of the spa. Also not suitable if you have elderly guest lot of steps. The service came with a smile but the servers looked to see if we're going to tip them. Overall would not recommend it.

Very interesting place. Unique architecture. Helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor sitting areas. Placement of the hotel is the best. Is very easy to access at the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very good. Breakfast was excellent, but for dinner and lunch I recommend the many taverns from the center of the Goreme.
I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Cappadocia in a beatiful place, with a lovely ambience.

We loved Cappadocia and staying in the Cappadocia Cave Suites was truly a unique experience. Each suite is different. It's amazing how these are built into the formations. We had twin beds and a sofa that could have been an additional place to sleep. We had a tastefully decorated entry and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. We slept with our windows open (it was July, but even without a/c it was comfortable) and felt very safe. The breakfast was delicious and staff so friendly. I left a jacket there one morning, and the next time I came in, the waiter immediately came over to me to return it. They have pretty outdoor sitting areas. Wi-Fi is available, but we found we had to sit outdoors as it did not work in our suite at the far end of the complex. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms in this place are amazing... We had a huge balcony that overlooked the whole town, a massive bathroom with spa which was Devine, and huge bedroom and lounge. The breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. To be honest if we just had the hotel and breakfast we would have been completely happy, as we didn't think the staff at the reception were overly friendly apart from the night staff.

If you are after gorgeous boutique rooms with lovely ambience this is the place to stay, just don't expect staff to go out of their way to make you feel at home. Unfortunately during Ramadan the town got very busy at about 2am with a loud drum that went for a hour.. Hence we didn't sleep well especially when we had to get up about 4ish for balloon ride. Maybe keep this in mind when choosing your room!

Room Tip: Front rooms with balcony overlooking town have the best views but during Ramadan you might want a fu...

Very nice boutique hotel with nice cozy rooms! Most of the staff is friendly except for one guy who was quite rude (don't remember his name). Make sure to get a room with Aircon as the room can get quite hot at night in the cave! Rain shower and jacuzzi was awesome! Location is central but requires a walk up a steep hill so be prepared to get a workout!

I am currently staying at the here and wanted to write the review before I forget. So far it has been excellent: we enjoyed our stay since the very moment we arrived. No, I must acknowledge that even booking was seamless: I phoned them and they sent me all the info via email and even offered us an upgrade.
My husband and I arrived yesterday morning, at around 9.30 am and were allowed into our room immediately without asking any questions. We appreciated this early check-in since we were very tired. We were able to sleep very comfortably and without any disturbances.
Two people guided us to our room and showed us all features. They also asked me to check everything was in order in the bathroom before they left us inside. And yes, everything was spotless. There are some mattresses on one side of the alleyway that leads us to our room, but everything is sort of hidden and does not affect the beautiful view from our room, so I do not mind.
The person in the front desk was very helpful. We asked him to check our shuttle back to the airport and after brief consultation with an agency he confirmed the time and that the shuttle to and fro is complimentary. He also offered some guided tours but was not pushy at all. This morning we left for a walk at 6am and another person in the front desk offered us great info on nice spots to see the sunrise.
And I we just had a great breakfast. They offered a good selection of local cheeses, fresh fruit, freshly pressed juice, coffee, omelette, a selection of olives, just to name a few items.
We realised that some places in Cappadocia might be very cold depending on their location in relation to the sunlight, but this hotel benefits from sunlight during the day, which gives it a pleasant temperature. Our room has A/C and de-humidifier, so everything perfect in that regard as well.
In sum, I can confirm that our experience in this accommodation has been great so far. I hope they keep up the outstanding work.
