Friendly staff and excellent food! The oven-fresh bread was so good that I went back again. I also got to see the bread-making process. Thank you Koy Evi Restaurant!

We found this place thanks to Tayce, the manager of our hotel, the Vezir Cave Suites. Boy are we thankful for her recommendation.

The restaurant is perched above the town and is all on a open-air terrace. That include the kitchen where a typical Turkish grandmother cooks away outside in full sight of the tables. It's a wonderful setting and the food is what you might expect if you were lucky enough to be invited into someone's home.

As recommended by Tayce we ordered the prix fixe menu. Plate after plate of wonderful just keeps arriving at your table. They even come back to ask you if you want more-as apparently this is all-you-can-eat. While you hardly need more food, there were a couple of outstanding dishes that we asked for more--they were that good! Here's the kicker--all this for 25 Turkish Lira--less than $15 USD. A bargain at twice the price!

Go. Enjoy. You won't be sorry!

Had the turkish ravioli which was not what I expected, but was a pleasant surprise. Also has a nice patio you can sit out on.

We ate here on our first night as it was recomended by our hotel. We had the fixed price menu (all you could eat) and it was very poor. The quality of the food was awful and the portions very small (2 pieces of bread between 4). When we requested more this came slowly and reluctantly. The a la carte may have been better. The service was also very bad - we had some food brought to us by mistake - it then sat on the side for 10 minutes before being given to another table by which time it would have been cold.
