What a great place. We did not know we needed reservations the first night, but were accomodated without hassle or raised eyebrows. I believe there are 4 different rooms on 4 different levels at this establishment. Anywhere you sat you felt very intimate as the seating was limited to 4 or 5 tables in each area. The menu was varied and well explained when one did not understand what the food was that was on the menu. Each room had a seating area with arm chairs near a fireplace where you could sit and relax, sipping coffee or eating desert. Such a nice touch - I wish more retaurants adopted this idea. The food was well priced also.
The WC was so clean and nice at the back of the restaurant.
The service was amazing. Our every need was attended to. We ordered coffee, and upon paying our bill, our waiter told us that the coffee was on him. Nice touch. I did not have a tip to leave him as the food went on the room bill, but he was ever so gracious to us whenever he saw us on subsequent days. On the last day I did find him and give him a nice tip to thank him for being so thoughtful. We ate here frequently as it was so convenient to the Sultan Cave Hotel.
