Disinterested staff - didn't seem to feel that 3 people required 3 beds. Very poor air conditioning but clean and food was fresh and the buffet had a good range. Wifi non existent. Nice pool and lobby.

Stayed here 2 nights. The lobby area made a good first impression. Room was OK but rather basic / minimalist. No pictures on the walls, no kettle / complimentary tea & coffee and we had to ask for bedroom slippers. The air-conditioning wasn't working too well either.

Nice views of the river and hills from the room window and it was a 10-15 minute stroll to Guray Seramik and its spectacular underground museum. Omurlu Ceramics was even nearer but I wouldn't recommend buying anything there as prices were simply too high.

Enjoyed the food at the dinner and breakfast buffets. Fantastic salad bar and the choice of hot food changed from night to night. Perhaps they have improved since the reviews below. Just had a little encounter with a rather fierce waitress who wanted to charge us for a bottle of water one night although it was already included in our meal / tour package.

Stayed here for two nights. Not a good location as it was quite far from any amenities. Quiet and peaceful place to be.

Great and modern ambience in the lobby and rooms. If you are lucky, you can get the room facing the river and football field. Wifi was not available in all rooms though, and power sockets were limited.

Food was okay but not great. A lot food choices but mostly on the very sweet desserts and some bland salads. Dissapointed with the service, food was not replenished timely. Plain water was very limited, if you ask for another bottle of drinking water, you got to pay extra. Seems like they were trying to get you to pay extra for beverages. The drinking water in the room was not complementary, so be careful if you don't want to pay extra.

Bellboys and reception was helpful, will be very busy during peak hours. Got some souvenir shops and in house clinics but a bit expensive. Cater mostly for group tours, not so much for personal and family visit.

Not a place if you want the real Cappadocian experience. Just another hotel in a middle of surburb, nothing special. Maybe a good business hotel but the location was not so much for that. Love the pool in the middle of the hotel though.

Stayed here for three days while travelling with RSD travel ok for a short stay it's a large & impersonal. The room was clean & comfortable but very warm air con not working well so propped opened the window consequently the call to prayer at the local Mosque woke us early but strangely enjoyed listening to it. The restaurant self service food wasn't that great.

Room Tip: beware being woken early by people going on hot air balloon rides

Arrived here in a coach party for three days. Hotel is clean and smart with staff who try to be helpful but groups will rely on tour guides. It looks as if it caters only for groups. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Facilities include television, hair dryer but no tea or coffee facilities. Air conditioning only seems to blow hot air! Meals offer a lot of variety, value and quality perhaps depend on individual taste, but for us was fine; all buffet style so those with big appetites have no cause to complain. Most here seem to be on half board packages though there are some very good supermarkets nearby (not much more than 5 minutes walk) and plenty of small restaurants (not tried) in Avanos centre which is about 10 minutes walk.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights whilst in Cappadocia on an RSD tour. As we arrived we were disappointed to find we were not staying in the rather grand hotel next door! This hotel seems to service a lot of touring sports teams as there are several outdoor pitches and courts plus pool and various photos and badges inside to support its sporting connections, but strangely unlike the other hotels we stayed at there was no indoor pool.
Rooms were clean, warm and had lovely window seats with cushions where, if you were lucky like us, you could view the sunsets over typical Cappadocian scenery. The bathroom had a large corner bath with power shower ove, very nice and no chance of the shower flooding the bathroom floor here.
Unfortunately the food buffets let this place down. There was a reasonable selection of cold dishes but very limited hot dishes and these were only lukewarm, raising the fear of food poisoning. The breakfast choices were also very poor and limited in choice.
The hotel was convenient for visiting all the sights of Cappadocia, only minutes away by car/coach and you could walk into the centre of Avanos from here. There was also a large ceramics shop right opposite the hotel which was worth browsing.

Stayed at this hotel last week. The room was OK but the breakfast and dinner buffet left a lot to be desired.Breakfast seemed to consist of last night's leftovers with boiled eggs and stewed tea.All the hotel's facilities were reportedly being refurbished although we saw little evidence of any work being carried out. There was what appeared to be a lovely hotel next door and I wish we could have moved.Look around before booking this one.
