The location is great, however the hotel itself seems it has much to catch-up.
I would say It is an average place for the backpackers but nothing like 3 or 4 star hotel.
The hotel really needs a big renovation, i believe it could be doing much better with a nice renovation as it has one of the best location in Town.

Our travel agent in Istanbul booked this hotel for us, and she described it as well located, simple and clean -- that is was. Yes, the rooms are dated but everything is clean, the linens are fresh and the wifi is fast (for Turkey). Excellent sea views from our room on the fourth floor. Morning breakfast is typical for Turkey with lots of fresh fruit options and a variety of breads, cheese and cured meats.

This hotel is really disaster! Rooms are old, dirty, food is discasting, stuff doesn't know English, they are rude and unprofessional. We changed 3 rooms for 5 days! Towels are dirty and with stain in it. For breakfast you get just eggs, cheese, some awfull salami and all kind of pastas. Then for dinner you get all this again but in form of salads with eggs, pastas, sour cream. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to choose this hotel for vacation. Swimming pool is ugly and lift stinks.

Nice place close to the beach. Clean and with good service! Walking distance to city center.
A aging hotel that need some small refreshments but i liked it. The view is nice at the roof and a quiet place to stay alone, but it`s a bit old fasion. There is no view from the pool. In front by the beach is a nice promenade.

I spent a week here in May and I loved it! It's such a great location. It's RIGHT on the beach and is just a few minutes walk from all the downtown shops and restaurants. I loved that it wasn't right in the downtown, busy area. It made sleeping quieter and easier.

The management was also such a great help. They were able to accommodate all of the requests we had.

The food was also a delight. Great buffets with local salads and dishes mixed with other foods that are more internationally known.

I also recommend the massage chairs in the lobby. Well worth it! Enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise and better views of the big ships coming in every morning.

There are several good things about this hotel. The price for a large family room is very reasonable. The place is clean and rooms were tidied every day. The hotel is right on the beach and there is a childrens playground across the street. Car parking is easy but the system needs getting used to. Everyone double or triple parks but gives their keys to reception. Hotel staff then get your car out when you need it. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a good range of food. This is included in the room price. Finally, the hotel does a eat as much as you like buffet in the evenings for 15tl pp. But there are some negatives. The hotel also serves several East European travel agencies and some groups can be a bit noisy. And second, the hotel tries to enforce a no food/drink from outside policy. I bought a bottle of water from the market and was accosted by the manager who tried to stop me taking this up to the room. After a bit of an argument common sense prevailed. So the hotel was going to get 4 stars but because of this I can only give it 3. However dont let this put you off. Its a good funtional hotel, right on the beach and at a very reasonable price.

Yes, the place is old and long past needing renovation. Our room was fairly clean. No problems with the beds/linens. No bugs/roaches. The bathroom was about a 6 on a 1-to-10 scale for cleanliness. The toilet was a little cantancerous but at least it was a western style commode rather than the squat toilets you can find in Turkey. The shower worked just fine and it was in a tub if you prefer baths. The pool water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool. I wouldn't let my dog swim in there. Now, having said that, I only paid about $70/night for the room. Kusadasi is a tired tourist town. This is not Monaco. Think more like the less renovated part of Miami Beach add a dash of grime and you have Kusadasi. Would I stay here again? For the price, the location in Kusadasi, and the easy driving distance to many historical sites, absolutely.

Room Tip: Many of the rooms have a view of the small harbor to the west and the sunsets really are quite prett...
