great hotel, great service despite being the end of the season. great entertainment in the evenings for children and adults alike. Def visit the water park but don't bother with the shopping trips.... your money will be better spent in the local shops on the 100% genuine fakes!!!! have to say I was somewhat wary of what to expect as I had never been to Turkey before but we all really enjoyed it and will definetly go back, the Hotel was excellent and the local bus service The Dolmus was brillant absolutely fool proof!!! If down on Ladied Beach definetly call to see Sinbad at Seamus's Resturant, good food and great crack!!! Also try the Turkish bath!!!

We stayed at the Hotel for a week, and to be fair, could not fault anything there. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great, the views from the rooms are lovely and the staff were courteous and helpful. Ladies Beach - find out how to walk there - it only takes 5 minutes. The prices are alot cheaper there compared to the hotel. There is a notice outside the hotel stating that international hotel rules state that guests are not permitted to bring in any food / drink from outside the hotel. I have worked in hotels in many countries - this is a ridiculous statement and is not true.

We came back from this hotel last Sunday. The location is great ,the food and the service were nice. The only thing we didn't like was an evening entertainment. Not all the people like listening the singer every night at 11pm.There were two nights we had to go to sleep early as we had a very early trip next morning.Even with the closed window the noise was horrible. You had no sleep or peace in your own room!Few days later we had to be ready at 3am for our flight and we thought there will be a very quiet evening cos some people have to get up so early but there was no respect and no sense at all the noise was soooo big at night time.

I booked two weeks in this hotel with a friend of mine and I really couldn't fault it except that it is fairly pricey for food and drinks. So we just had food the odd time by room service and basically bought our own drinks, water beer etc and kept it in the fridge. The breakfast buffet is huge and has a good choice. From omlettes, fruit, eggs, cheeses and breads, olives etc. The staff (apart from reception) are friendly especially the cleaners and we left them a box of chocolates each. They do wonderful sculptures with the towels! Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. The rooms are bright and airy and spacious. My friend got a massage in the spa but it was pricey at 70 euro whereby it would be half that price in a turkish place, so check elsewhere. The food is lovely there but as I said pricey. I would recommend Rosys restaurant on Ladies beach to eat and watch the sun set or if you fancy going to the centre, check out Erzincan kebap house. It's next to the mosque across from caravansarai and does the most DELICIOUS food I've tried in ages and it's ridiculously cheap. Tip , go to where the locals eat and you will not be disappointed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and it was really relaxing. The Turkish people are so gracious and friendly.
