We decided to go to this hotel with an open mind ... hotel had some good & some bad points.

Room was very clean & was cleaned every day & towels and bedding changed 3 times during our week stay.

Bathroom clean ... decent shower & hairdryer

Lift ... holds 3 people at a time & only one lift for the whole hotel

We arrived at about 4 am ... given our key by a receptionist that spoke o English .. but no direction to our room

meals were ok .... but all very much the same .... salads, rice & pasta dishes ,... breakfast was the worst ... cold meat, cucumber & tomato .... good job there was bread availabe

bar was lagar, wine or vodka plus soft drinks .... no selection of local drinks as advetised

be careful of your last day ... most flights back to the UK

are late night ... our pick up was 8pm from the hotel .... we were told that at checkout ( 12 noon ) we had to hand in our all inclusive bands ... i refused as this was our 7th day ... however at around 4pm ... the assistant manager found us & demanded our bands .... telling us we could have water only until we left the hotel ... this was disgusting ... the temperature was around 34 degrees ... he was aggressive & arrogant .... had no empathy with our situation at all.

This hotel should not fly our flag ...

Dont book to stay here .....

Room Tip: don't book to stay here

Turkey is a beautiful country with many great hotels in beautiful areas. Booked all my own hotels for our family of four, but allowed travel agent to book our last night in Kusadasi. At arrival, clerk misplaced one of our passports and claimed I hadn't given it to her (stress level jumped). 15min later she finds...so all good. Elevator only holds 2 people. Room is sadly drab, ac doesn't work unless room key in card slot so every return is o a hot room. Bathroom is not even motel 6 (cheap American hotel) standards, but worst was missing shower door. Our kids room had one, ours had a rusty frame.
Room looks nothing like pictures but pool area is even further from looking like pictures. What a complete utter disappointment to spend our last night in this country after a fabulous trip. Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I haven't even experienced dinner yet. Which according to the other reviews will also be a disappointment.
Note to self - check every hotel on trip advisor (even those booked by a travel agent).

Room Tip: Read all the reviews on trip advisor and stay somewhere else.

Not the best hotel I have ever stayed in, do not go all inclusive to this hotel, breakfast is the same as lunch & dinner only without the stew! The bar is three bottles! no lights around the pool in the evening non exsistant internet.

Room Tip: If you must stay there choose a room facing the road at the front of the hotel

arrived at hotel late and they informed us the hotel was full. They put us up for a night in a hotel down the road and was told to come back in the morning. The hotel we stayed in was on the first floor on low ground with loads of cats walking past. It was very eerie. We had to climb 10 flights of stairs with our suitcases to get to reception in the morning to hand back the key. we said we were going to the hotel and they said do not take your bags as there is no where to leave them at the other hotel. we had to leave them there in full view for anyone to see. We just did not know what to do as we were so hungry and tired from lack of sleep. When we went back the following day to the esat hey still said the room wasnt ready. they said go for breakfast and it will be ready. we went for breakfast and there was no food to cater for the English. i know we were in turkey but been all inclusive you would have thought they would of had toast or cereal or sauages or bacon. no it was an all turkish hotel and only cateered for the turkish with olives and ham etc. We never went to breakfast at all ,all week. the lunches were ok but only had burgers and pizza but at least we could eat. we ate only a couple of times on the evening also. All in all the food was rubbish. The inclusive beer and spirits was limited and was advertised s finishes at 11pm but it finished at 10.30pm. When we went back to see if our room was ready at 9am we were told it still wasnt ready. eventually at 10.30am it was and when we got to the room it was basic and only had a street view. we asked for a pool view. they upgraded us to another room with a view but that had no aircon at all. so we stayed in the first room. the maid never came once in all the time we were there and we had to ask everytime at reception for toilet paper. It was a joke. The only thing nice was the weather. It was lovely and hot. please i do not recomend this hotel at all. It is definately not a 3 star.. more like a 1 star. the hotel staff do not speak much English. there was one woman who was friendly (she worked in the shop and behind the bar).

Everything written in the reviews that i have read are true ! But staff were helpful especially Guvan the girls favourite , the food was just about eatable , the drinks choice poor , the rooms cleanish (but the maid turned up at 5pm when you were getting a shower ), pool clean but pool area never swept only hosed . You were constantly pestered by people wanting you to go to their beach restaurant while you were eating ,we were put in the Alp for the first night as we arrived at 4am ( no surprise there then !) But love Kusadasi and the Turkish people , suppose you get what you pay for , lesson learnt ! Went on a boat trip and went to Ephesus both trips with ADA VEGAS on the main road about ten minute walk away very nice people , not pushy and great value (rep wanted £49 we paid £30 for Ephesus) if you want to book a trip highly recomended !! Dolmus stopped right outside hotel which was useful 1.75 lira each for the trip into town . Overall wont be going back to the Esat but possibly Kusadasi as it is lovely!
