This is a very large hotel. The dining room was enormous and soulless - we had to walk miles to get anywhere. But my main grievance is that, because of the early call in the morning for our flight, I accidentally left an expensive dressing gown and pyjamas in the bathroom. I emailed the hotel on our return, giving the room number and stressing that I would meet the costs of returning the items to me, by credit or debit card. I didn't even have the courtesy of a reply. It sums up the attitude of these behemoths - pack em in with the minimum of service.

Stayed 2 nights as part of our RDS tour, this hotel had good quality, well furnished rooms, and our room had a sea view.
The dining room was very cramped, with long trestle tables placed very close together making it difficult to access the servery. The biggest shock was a 10Lira charge for fresh orange juice at breakfast, the sign advertising the charge discreetly concealed behind a pile of oranges.

The overcrowding was possibly caused by the number of coaches staying there at the same time as our tour.
Overall the hotel was of good quality, with pleasant helpful staff, with a good selection of typical Turkish Fayre available.

Like some of the previous reviews stayed here 2 nights in November as part of a tour itinerary.
Check in was efficient room was a comfortable twin, view of the main road which was busy and noisy.
Dinner buffet style adequate choice nothing too exciting. We had drinks in the "bar" /lobby. There was some sort of pecking order with the waiters which made actually getting served if you were a female tricky! Bizarre!
Breakfast was busy usual choice of buffet fair nothing outstanding and the acoustics of the dinning room made it seem noisier than it should be, we were fortunate and being Brits hardy enough to sit out on the large terrace.
I have not put this hotel on my return visit list as there was nothing outstanding but it was a clean and comfortable hotel -it's hard to say if there would be a more vibrant atmosphere in the main season as I appreciate it was out of season but the hotel was full. I have just remembered there was a very good female singer performing in the lobby she had an incredible voice and a good repertoire.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of our RSD Travel Tour. It is a large 5 star (Turkish standard) hotel. It has a nice location. Our room faced the hill with an oblique view of the sea. We did suffer with some road noise but as we had our earplugs we were not disturbed at night. The heating system is a bit strange, we had to switch it to "cold" and then put the temp up to 30 to get any heat coming out.
We went down to use the pool on the first evening as it was meant to be heated but it was still quite cold, as was the jacuzzi, so we gave it a miss. The changing area is dark and disappointing.

Breakfast and dinner were OK.

We spent two nights here as part of an RDS tour.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were pleasant. The food was similar to the rest of the food offerings while touring Turkey, not better and not worse.

We found the rooms neither too small or too big, and as we don't spend time in our hotel rooms while holidaying, prefering to spend the time exploring the surrounds, the important part of rooms to us is that they are CLEAN ... and they were.

I really recomend this hotel! Great and friendly stuff. The rooms are clean and comfartable. But I have been impressed by the animation team. They were frendly and happy people. They are the best. You can play everything - football, tennis, water gym and e.t.c.

Great and friendly stuff. Only the beach was small but I would recommend for young people couples or families. The best were sport opportunities. You can play everything if you dont like laying on sum all day.
