Hotel was OK, although arrived at 11.30pm with 2 adults and 1 child and was allocated a twin room. This would have been OK if there had been a put up bed but had to go to reception and ask for another bed and more towels. I am not sure why they were only expecting 2 people as the booking quite clearly said 3! Food was mostly good (especially the breads cooked in the clay oven every evening) but definitely agree with other reviwers that desserts were all the same with no ice cream which my daughter was looking forward to. We found the entertainment team really irritating - they harrassed us every day to get involved with something or other and that wasn't what we wanted to do. They also repeatedly asked us to buy their tat and didnt take no for an answer. The worst thing was the evening entertainment - like Butlins from the early days. anybody for a knobbly knees or glamorous granny competition! The bingo is a con too (I expect they used the money in the Ex Club every evening). All in all though, a reasonable holiday, close to Kusadasi centre which is great and to Ephesus.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the pool is better but is noisy as entertainment at night is by the pool. Front...

I went there with my sister. When we arrived we had to wait for our rooms.
So we went to eat first and then went up to our room.
The room was clean and nice. We had a room with the streetview, but we didn't mind.
The staff was friendly, but sometimes communicating was difficult.
The pool was good enough and the bar was fine.
The staff from the bar were very friendly and helpfull.
We would love to go there again!

The Panorama Hill Hotel looked great on the Pictures and even better in real closeup! Good services and well managed, Great food and one of the biggest buffets you can find with fresh and clean food! Location is near the city and only a 7min walk to the beach, and all the stores. Spa and Hamam, All inclusive! More than we had expected. Night out every night with free ride to the Club and back! With great Entertainment team that looks after the guest and makes sure everybody is having a great time, from children to Seniors! They put a big smile on your face! 1 Week worth remembering and revisiting Panorama hill nest year!

When we arrived at the hotel, (4 in the morning my I add) they had no idea we were coming, did not expect us therefore rooms wernt ready, they insisted that the people we booked from we're at fault and we wernt on their system, after the depressed receptionist called his manager, they gave us a room. Funnily enough, the mistake wasnt bought up again. Room was ok, very basic but had a lovely view of the sea, bathroom wasn't very clean, old stains on tiles from previous guests. Towels wernt cleaned properly.
Sun beds by the pool were so close together might as well of sat on each others laps, animation team are completely rubbish, did nothing all day apart from chat up girls and throw them in the pool, didn't seem to have any enjoyment being there, there was no holiday banter between them and their guests.
You constantly had people trying to sell you things, so in order to avoid them we used to pretend to fall asleep to avoid having to repeat your self over every day.
Food was very average, wasn't enjoyable and the chicken was always under cooked.

The staff in general looked depressed and not bothered about the guests at all, I would definitely not go to that hotel again and would not recommend it at all.

Just returned from here and didnt get more than what we expected for what we paid for the holiday. Room was basic but reasonably clean, the shower head needed replacing as water came out of it sideways and the handle fell off the outside door every time we went onto the balcony (not often we wanted to look at our view - a brick wall!)
Food wasn't brilliant and a few people had 'holiday tummy' seemed like same food all the time. You could always find something if you had to eat but it was eating for necessity not enjoyment, we ate out 5 out of the 7 nights.
What we found bad was the way in which the hotel was run, very disorganised - often there would be no cutlery or cups or plates during service times and no one seemed to be in charge to monitor things that needed doing. Plenty of staff but not really doing very much. We found that in general the staff were quite miserable, there was no banter which you normally get when getting to know your waiters/barmen

Entertainment during the day consisted of two guys walking around chatting up the girls and throwing you in the pool and about ten minutes of aqua aerobics or water polo. They were constantly trying to get you to buy something to 'support your animation team' apparently if you purchased a rubbish overpriced cd this was like their tip box! All day there was extremely loud repetitive music, a lot of which contained explicit language totally unsuitable for a family holiday. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as we were never there to see it!

Kusadasi town we loved and had some great meals out - The Casablanca and The Mayflower in particular were very good. Cocktails at The Mayflower were the best! Most restaurants will offer a collection/drop off service and the food is very reasonably priced, very friendly staff (unlike the hotel) and lovely atmosphere

Would return to kusadassi, probably not on an all inclusive basis and definitely not to The Panorama Hill. Having said that I think there are far worse hotels judging by the people we spoke to, some real horror stories so be careful and if a deal seems too good to be true - it probably is!

At first sight we thought omg! this is not what we booked, advertised as a 4 star but more of a 3+. Our holiday was for 10 days 7th Aug - 17th.
We arrived as a party of 4 expecting to all be on the same floor, when actually 2 of us on floor 3, and the other 2 placed on floor 6. Our room was clean, and spacious with a inland view.
The internal phone didn't work, I reported it to reception and was told it would be checked, this was not fixed and we spent time going up and down to the 6th floor to comunicate with other family members.
After checking into our rooms at 10.15pm, we went down to the bar to get a drink, to be told it was now past 11pm and was not possible. The head waiter was very helpful and arranged drinks for us all, and explained the meal and bar times, which shoud have been explained at reception when we checked in. The recption stafff are really not helpful or friendly except for the new young guy, the others could learn a thing or two from him starting off with learning to smile!
on day 5 I came into the room to find a large pool of water on the floor, the mini fridge had a problem and had leaked water. I reported this to reception and was told a technition would come soon. I went back and mopped up water with a bath towel and placed it in front of the fridge to absorb the water coming out, the towel was where I had left it the day we checked out!
The food was plentiful with lots of choice although desserts were to repetative and no ice cream. Every morning during breakfast we would be hasseled by tour reps for local excursions to Murphy's bar and Chez Maurice which became annoying.
Despite the few problems it turned out to be a great summer holiday, as the Animation team Seckin, Umut and Omer were brilliant, they were very funny, entertianing, polite, they involved everybody in games around the pool and again at night the mini disco and night show were very funny and full of energy. It was these 3 guys who really made the holiday with their entertainment, the 2 guys at the bar were also very polite and friendly.
We would also recomend the Turkish Hamam, it was an amazing experiance we went back for a second one at the end of the holiday!
The location of the hotel is very good as it's only a 10 minute bus ride in to the town centre, and you can pick up the bus(dolmus) easily from outside the hotel.

First impressions? Moody miserable reception staff who were adverse to smiling. Food soooo samey every day. Rooms adequate, albeit with a very leaky shower. Entertainment team happy, pleasant and interactive. This is DEFINITELY not a 4 star - 3 at best. Near to town & beaches. Also on a busy main road - so hopefully you wont get a room at the front of the hotel ! Beds are like sleeping on floor in main bedroom.

Room Tip: Demand pool view at back of hotel - accept nothing less !
