me and my fiance Jamie stayed at this hotel not expecting much as we got a cheap package holiday , but it went way past our expectations. the rooms were clean and cleaned on a daily basis and the cleaner kept making swans and love hearts on our beds it was lovely . The entertainment team were awesome ... they were a right laugh, got everyone involved no matter if you were in couples, family or just friends from young to old.. all staff really friendly but FIKO & UKI were ace!

I really cannot believe the awful reviews about this hotel, i traveled with my fiance and his mom and none of us wanted to come home!

- The staff in all areas of the hotel are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. on arrival our bags were taken to our rooms. Rooms are a good size and decent balcony.

- Entertainment was AMAZING we got involved every night there was never a time we were bored, not only do the animation team provide entertainment at night they provide it during the day and they all get involved including table tennis, water polo, darts, french bowls, volley ball. The team really motivate people to the point my fella was dressed up as a woman for the beauty contest as a laugh! (along with another guest we met). not only this but they make the time to sit with you and chat! including the manager!!

- The cleaners NEVER stopped, they were constantly cleaning everything, our rooms were always cleaned. Water was left in our room every day along with clean towels. The pool was clean, the pool and outside areas were constantly cleaned.

- Food. we did not go out of the resort once for food! The food was good quality, with regards to there not being much variety i think it very much depends on how picky you are, if u are open to trying new things then there is lots of variety. The bar staff talk to you and most do have a laugh!

Overall we would recommend this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in september. We really did not want to come home! There was no need to leave the hotel as all our needs were catered for. Thankyou for all the staff and especially the animation team, Fiko, Uki, Mustie!!!!!!!! and the manager to :)

We've never reviewed our hotels before, but couldn't believe the negative review we read below from the same month that we stayed. We thought the entertainment was really good. Uki, Sebo and Mystique were great and had something for us every day: volleyball, darts, bowls and an intro to Belly Dancing as well as the evening entertainment, discovered a whole lot of new music too. We had no complaints about our room---the maid was in every day and we had clean towels, they even took the trouble to arrange the towels in decorative designs of hearts, swans, etc. A really nice gesture. Sauna and turkish baths were brilliant - was sorry that I waited to the last day for this, I should have been in every day. The only thing I could say is that the food lacked variety, but the canteen was spotless, and the staff were helpful to us throughout our weeklong all-inclusive stay. We enjoyed the week, it was our first time in Turkey, we'd usually go to Greece or Spain - I was very happy with my hotel experience and our rep, Ny who was helpful throughout.

Room Tip: We had pool view room in our all-incl package

Good
- Assistance given with bags to room (no tip required)
- Clean, spacious rooms which are well equipt (usual tv with bbc world news for English)
- Clean bathroom with a variety of supplies and plenty of clean towels
- Non-smoking rooms (in relation to the Turkish Smoking Policy which is now in place)
- Clean pool area with plenty of loungers and parasols
- Wide range of food/drink
- Most of the food is cooked freshly in front of you to suit all requirements although they did have chips for breakfast!
- Entertainment available day and night with great givaways on a night including a weeks free holiday at the resort!
- Well maintained grounds
- Free hire of tennis rackets ect
- Dolomus only 2.5 Lira per person into Kusadasi
- 5 minute walk to beach
- Free turkish bath included in your holiday (no scrub) which they don't tell you about so make sure you tell them your rights!
- Free sauna a gym

Bad
-Reception and barstaff speak very little English
-Very few English guests. Hotel is mainly occupied by spanish, German and Bulgarians.
-If you are unlucky enough to be a couple and get a room with two single beds there is a heavy marble bedside table inbetween them. Therefore, make sure you have good muscles if you are wanting to push them together. If you do push them together the maid will make them as a double.
- Fridge was broken which took them 3 days to repair.
- Water was not provided daily in the room, as advertised
- Small balcony with no table and two small plastic chairs. There is also a clothes horse on the balcony but it looked like it may have seen better days!
- Rooms are key access only rather than card and you only get one key. If you lock the key in your room you have to go to reception and speak to the staff who struggle to understand you.
- the rep is great but even with her help we struggled to get repairs done. We reported the electrical trip-switch box in our room because it was hanging off the wall. This was right behind the door and could have easily sparked a fire in our third floor room. Despite all of our efforts and even demands to be moved room, it took them 5 days to repair this!
- The maids' religious beliefs often see them cleaning long into the afternoon. Some days it was well after 4pm before our room was completed.
- The shallow end of the pool is 5 1/2 foot so be careful with children who cannot swim. Be aware that the steps into the pool also lead into the deep end of 165 metres rather than the shallow end!
- Small childrens pool which is also deep, i am 5 foot 5 and it came upto my hip!
- Despite being all inclusive there is an extra charge for cocktails ect
- Often ran out of bottled water!
- Bar at the pool does not open until 10am
- Food was served at the pool bar but it consisted of burgers, chips and pizza which did not change on a day to day basis
- No pork at breakfast, so do not expect a full english breakfast. There are bolied eggs of 5 and 3 minutes but they have been stood so long that it doesn't matter which you choose, they are both hard!
- Crazy golf is good but the flooring is cracked and uneaven so it is very difficult to pot the ball.
- Local beach is 5 minutes walk but it is absolutely filthy! Rubish litters it with other things that i dont really want to mention without being sick. There is a severe lack of loungers even though the hotel has their own private section of beach. The beach is also rough shingle and stone so you cannot go into the water without some sort of shoe on, even then it is lethal trying to get through the stones.
- There is s petrol station and a supermarket nearby but that is it! If you are looking for somewhere to go walking this is not the place as it is on a busy road which has no footpaths.
- Even though this hotel is advertisted to be a quiet and relaxing environment we found it the opposite. The hotel was overun with foreign students (ages 16-19 years) who partied day and night, banged on your door in the early hours and danced through the corridors until dawn! I don't know about you but this is not my idea of relaxing!
- International calls can be made from the hotel reception but they are expensive. Buy a phonecard from your rep for 13 lira, you can use it in the hotel and it works out a lot cheaper!
- Hotel staff seemed to work constantly with no day off and were often irritable and in some cases impolite, others were very nice though!

If you are wanting the quiet and relaxing holiday that is advertised for this hotel, find different accomodation! Although we had no children to be kept awake all night by the noise, it still runied our stay! The hotel advertises a 4* raiting but i think it is more like a 3*! Its great if you can put up with the noise, but not if you just want to relax by the pool and sleep at night!

We were sold this holiday as a 5*, it was barely a 3. We requested being moved from our first room as everything was broken, the lights were hanging off the wall, the minibar (which was actually just a little fridge was never stocked) was broken and had liquid all in the bottom, the hairdryer didnt work, everything waa broken. The second room was as bad, the fridge again broken, shower was hanging off the wall along with a lot of other fixtures. The aircon leaked constantly. The food is appalling! It gave me and fellow travellers stomach pains for days. I can only describe it as slop and it was the same discusting dishes everyday. The service in the hotel was poor, all but one staff member were rude, there was never entertainment and when both turkish and bulgarian tourists came on 2 separate days the other guests took a back seat as turkish and bulgarian music was played. That was the general feeling, english were last priority. Kusadasi itself is rubbish too, there was no night life it was dead. The people in shops heckled none stop, some of the people selling purfume would come up to you several times a day. EVERYTHING is fake, even jewellery shops sell fake 'links of london' and 'pandora' bracelets an when questioned if theyre real their response is 'its not clothes youcan never tell' for me it has to be one of the worst holidays ive been on and i will never return. I dont usually write reviews but if my review stops just one person going i will be happy. Anyone who says this hotel is nice is deluded
