I needed a quiet hotel in the heart of Kusadasi for attending and competing in the European Masters Weightlifting comptition that was held 18-25 May. I spent a week in the hotel just B+B and found the service excellent, the outdoor roof pool an excellent area to relax in and the room was quiet and clean. The shower was a good power shower but the there was the usual liquid soap that befits a 2 star hotel back in the UK. Altogether I would really rate the hotel a 3 star establishment but I was pleased to stay here for around £300 for two people for 7 days, i.e. £22 per night per person. The number 1 and number 6 Dolmus minibus stops outside handy for the Ephesus Convention Centre 6 km away and many of the beaches. The cost to go out to the Ephesus Convention Centre was 2.75 Turkish lira each or 5.50 for two which was around £2 each way. Being in the heart of town meant you could see the port, the Marina. Attaturk Bulvari, restaurants, banks, a couple of supermarkets all withing 1 km or 12 mins walk. Excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Do not have a room next to the lift e.g. 501!

A friend and i stayed at this hotel in May 2013 for one night after a day tour of Ephesus. The location was ideal, right on the waterfront and close to many restaurants and the pier. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not much to choose from though. I would stay here again :)

Room Tip: Try for at least a second floor room to get a great sea view.

Stayed at this hotel on several occasions as the location is perfect. Right on the prom with wonderful views of the cruise ships. Surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. Very basic room but with a balcony. Would not stay in a room too long anyway during my holiday. Pool is located on thr rooftop. Pool very small but again a lovely area to sunbathe. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Any room facing the seafront.

The positive: lovely views, though no privacy on balcony as neighboring balconies close by.

The negative: uninspired food at best for breakfast. For the price, definitely the worst we had in 3 weeks in Turkey. Pool closes at 6:30 pm--just when you arrive back, hot and tired, after a long day of tourist attractions.

Overall: Average hotel, not worth the money, though I can't compare to other hotels in Kusadasi.

Kusadasi itself an overall uninteresting city, though pleasant enough, overrun by cruise ships.

I have stayed in Kusadasi 4 times and always at a different hotel but this is the best I've stayed in.
The rooms are a decent size and what you expect for the price and were always clean. The maids came in every day. There is a mini bar which you have to pay extra for and is restocked every day.
We had a rear facing room which sadly overlooked the hotel behind but as we didnt spend much time in the room that wasnt an issue and it meant it was cooler in the evening as the sun wasn't on it.
It is the perfect location to walk to the main centre of Kusadasi where the shops, bars and restaurants are. It takes less than 10 minutes.
There is also free wifi. Just head to reception and they'll give you log in details for the duration of your stay but it doesnt work if you're on the roof-its handy for keeping in touch with home for free.
The pool is small and sunbeds are limited but we went up when it opened and put our towels out before heading for breakfast and never had any problems getting a bed.
I stayed here with my friend (we are both in our very early 30s!) and we like to go out at night and stumble home at whatever time in the morning and that was never an issue. The main doors are open 24/7 with someone on reception at all time and if you come home separately they are happy to let you into your room which is something Ive had an issue with before. Be warned though, if your looking for a young lively hotel this isn't it as most of the clientelle are older but they're great. Most of them stay there at least once a year and we came away with lots of "holiday parents" haha!
Ive stayed at the Charisma which is overpriced and a bit snooty! And the Seaview Apartments which were ok but more budget and so far away you had to get a taxi to town.
Kusadasi is a great town and I will keep going back there. Its lively yet beautiful and full of character. It feels like a home from home!
If you want a good bar head to Maggies in the old town. The staff are brilliant and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and they have a killer cocktail list. Its open all night and is away from the craziness of Bar Street which can get a bit ridiculous! And for food head to Murphys. The portions are massive and the prices small!
Finally a couple of tips....
- take Lira rather than Euros as you'll get a better deal. Especially when haggling
- fly to Izmir rather than Bodrum as the transfer is half the time
- its warmer in June than September if you want to avoid school holidays
- if you're looking for beaches rather than a pool you will have to get a dolmus (their version of a bus) as the beach in the centre of Kusadasi isn't that great
Have fun!!

We needed a Hotel after Efes and decided to find one on the shore. After negoiating a price we chose to stay. The room on the upper floor and when we opened the curtains of the room the view was wonderful, we stepped out onto a little porch and sat and admired. The room as is the rest of the hotel was spotless, the modern bathroom was all that we could want for a one night stay. The only flaw was that computer in the lobby had a cost but the wifi in the rooms was free. The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of selection. A good choice. I would rate the hotelas a 4 star hotel
