Reviewed June 14, 2012

the water pressure in the bath room was horrible,
my key card stopped working after i complained -

took an hour to get it fixed - batteries had to be changed

walls are paper thin, carpet smlled like mildew or mold - pungent is was.

view is great, food was meiocre, service was good

we brought our own drinks inad drank by the pool - no hassel from staff.

would not stay here again.

Room Tip: make sure you check the shower for pressure - or elese you will be dissapointed

The view from our room was excellent, most especially the sunset. You can see the sea port and luxury cruise ships as they come and go. However, we had a bad room location, as it was beside the service elevator. The tour groups came in droves, so we can hear the constant movements of luggages and noisy bellboys. The food was good and provided many choices. The rooms are good enough.

Room Tip: Get away from the service elevators

Don't know where to start. Currently staying here for two night with tour group. This would have to be the worst so far of accommodation in Turkey. Knowing Australian standards are higher this would have to rate no higher than a 2. The rooms are disgusting, bath has crackers, verandera looks like if you lean on it,it will give way , carpet is dirty, NO coffee or tea facilatities, bad lighting, safe only had two batteries and still waiting for someone to fix it after three hours. Only one verandera chair, door lock has only one screw near lock and dinner was very average. I would not stay here again.

Never stay in that horrible hotel. It smells badly, the food is awful, the employees have the same pattern of service. The rooms are dirty. You can feel the bad scent even in the corridors

Stayed for 2 nights in sept 2011. Room was ok, nice views from the balcony towards the sea. Meals were nothing outstanding but plenty of choice. The hotel is not really near anything central but it was only a couple of minutes in a taxi and you were at the habour where most things were happening. Staff were not rude but communication was a bit of a problem, as were getting drinks from the bar. Overall not a bad hotel, well worth the stay.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the harbour

i have a group staying in this hotel, actually my room is ok, but for some of the group, they are quite unlucky to have a room with a foul smell,.which in fact coming from the toilet, one room we got has a malfunction toilet bowl, instead of going down when you flush it, it goes up,

I already complain it with the night manager, they were able to replace it even if the hotels are quite full.

If you ever plan to stay on this hotel, please request a room along the road with wind or air coming in. Better ventillation.

Wi- Fi are complimentary // Food are quite ok,

Friendly staff on their restaurant ( which is only one)
