We only found this restaurant on our last night and i have to say it was fantastic. We had been speaking to one of the owners earlier in the day in the town and he had told us to ring down and he would send someone to the hotel. We tried phoning but whoever answered the phone could not speak English. We decided to get a taxi down. When we arrived we were treated like royalty, the staff came over and paid for our taxi and gave us a free round of drink proper drink like vodka, barcardi etc. We had a waiter stand just a little away from our table all night every time we used the ashtray a new one was set down and our glasses were constantly filled with whatever we were drinking. The food was to die for. I hope this restaurant does really well the owners should be very proud can't wait to go back

Hi, Just returned from a week in Kusadasi, Turkey and had to let everyone know about a exceptionally good restaurant in Kusadasi called The Blue Fish opposite the Charisma Hotel. Firstly, the restaurant itself is in a good location away from the center but that's to be taken as a plus point rather than a negative, the restaurant is over three levels with a pavement level, and two raised area's, along with a children's play area, there is a partial roof top view towards the Aegean Sea and in the evening the occasional slight breeze is just what's needed, not to much just right to keep you right for the fabulous night that you are just beginning. You are meet at the front of the restaurant by the staff, these guys really know how to make you welcome, whether you want just a drink, a light meal in the middle of the day or a full evening meal, we tried all three, and once we found this place, we never went or wanted to go anywhere else. The service is first class, the waiting staff always with a smile and nothing too much trouble, making every person in their restaurant feel special, from the youngest child to the grandparents that may accompany them. During the evening there is background music which is pleasant, not obtrusive, then as the night progresses the music may lend itself to the traditional Turkish and the dancing begins, and as some of these waiting staff may of been on duty from early morning serving breakfasts where they get the energy that they put into this for their customers entertainment is a mystery. The range of food available is very good, covering many varieties from Fish, Chicken, Pizza, Pasta, Meats and of course Turkish specialities, this will ensure that even the most picky of diners have a good choice, and although the restaurant is called The Blue Fish, it is definitely not just a fish restaurant, as I can personally recommend the T Bone and Fillet Steaks, both cooked to perfection and served with delicious accompaniments, the wine list is varied with a good choice, and although we did not sample the desert menu they looked great as the waiters were serving diners around, all this with and prices that are very very reasonable for the quality of food served. At the time of the visit, it was my daughter, Hayley's 27th birthday, I had mentioned this to Yaya, one of the co-owners with Billy, and following the meal a Birthday Cake was brought with sparklers, candles and such, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they are brilliant !!!. This recommendation is for you to visit this place and see for yourself the good food, good wine and overall fantastic night that you will have, just as certainly as we did, and after travelling extensively in the USA, Mexico, Balearic's, and of course England, this is probally the best restaurant that have been to and that certainly says alot. Many thanks to all the staff at The Blue Fish, especially Yaya, Billy and Arry, who made this time in Turkey great, before long we will be back to Kusadasi and of course, will be frequent visitors to THE BLUE FISH, THE BEST RESTAURANT IN KUSADASI. From Julie & Hayley. xx
