All is wonderfull here : the pools , the rooms , the chitchen , the restaurants , the entertainment , the style of the buidings . Everything ! Except : too many rushes ...Next year I will be your guest once again ! Lucky , Romania

Me, my wife and 22mos baby have WASTED an 8 day vacation and lots of money by choosing this hotel. The location is perfect, but don't expect anything else!!

The hotel is new, likewise the personnel. The service is REALLY POOR (I really mean it) and unfriendly. The personnel constantly looks tired, bored and unwilling to serve!!

Forget about the cleanliness. Our bed sheets have been changed only once in a week (upon our request). Towels were terrible!!!!! There were blood-colored stains (I can not describe it any more, you have to see it for yourselves) on the towels, and we've experienced this twice!! The plates and silverware at the restaurants mostly had stains as well!!

There are hundreds of flies and moths flying in the rooms and corridors (we could not leave the room and balcony doors open for even a minute!!). As we had a baby, we've asked the guest-relations to solve this problem, and what we've received in turn was a box of sheltox!!

The service is really slow nearly everywhere. At the restaurants, it takes nearly 10 minutes to have what you ask for. As for the bars, you have to wait at least 2-3 minutes to have a glass of water!!!

Air conditioning at the lobby and rooms is perfect. But, at the rest of the hotel, it is terrible. There is nearly no place to hide from the sun and melting heat+humidity.

The quality of food is just average.

In short, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are lots of much better options around Tekirova, with the same price. This hotel is very very expensive, if you take the overall quality and services they offer into account.

I stayed at this resort in July 2010 for 10 days with my boyfriend and his daughter, and another family of two adults, one boy and another young boy. To begin, the city of Antalya is not easily accessible. There are few direct flights here, and the charter that does fly here that we took has HORRIBLE service. Beyond this, it is an hour and a half cab ride to the hotel from the airport, which after a day of traveling, can be frustrating.

Now, on to the hotel. This hotel has many features and activities and is quite beautiful, however from a service point of view is lacking.

The good: It is a large, beautiful, new hotel with lots of activities for kids. This includes a water park for kids and teenagers/adults with about 5-6 large slides and a smaller park for young children. There are also ping pong tables that are free to use, an arcade (which is pretty expensive... if i remember it was 3 euros per game), parachuting and tubing activities on the water 20 euros each, a children's club for daytime activities, a mini-disco for children at night at 8pm, live entertainment for both adults and children (Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, etc.), and several pools scattered along the resort and a rock beach (which has fish for snorkelling). The restaurant might be a child's dream because it has almost everything a child would want to eat and lots and lots of desserts.

The fitness center was probably one of the best features of this hotel, along with their numerous pools. The pools are very well kept and there are plenty of chairs and a lot of room. Its not crowded at all. The fitness center had the basic amenities that one would need for a basic workout and they even have fitness classes. Its clean and the machines are pretty new, but has poor ventilation. I was surprised they didnt charge entry, as they do with everything else.

The bad: The service at this resort might have been the worst that I have ever seen! I must admit beforehand that I am a stickler for service, but i think it goes without saying that if you pay the price you expect the quality.
Upon arriving at the hotel, at 10 pm after 16 hours or travelling, the staff were not very accommodating. After requesting a quiet room beforehand, we were placed in front of their amphitheater (the closest room to it, in fact) which blasts the loudest music you'll ever hear, until midnight. They initially responded that we would be switched the next day, and the next day when we returned, we had to argue to get a new room for 30 minutes. Not only this, but when we booked we initially intended to sharing a pool with the other family we came with (there are individual pools per room building block), and once relocated we were on the other side of the resort.
Almost 90% of the hotel employees do not adequately speak English and this makes it very frustrating and difficult to request anything, and therefore you just accept things as they are. For instance, asking for ice or a toothpick is usually out of the question. They are not service oriented to begin with, and the language barrier makes it worse. We tried to add two people to a reservation one night and it took nearly 30 minutes because no one at the front desk understood our request and we were transferred between offices numerous times, and finally they asked us to send them an email!!! When we went to the restaurant they completely messed the orders up and ended up not bringing enough food for the main course and then the wrong desserts at the end. At one point the waiter got so mad his bust boy dropped a plate that he slapped him in the face in front of us.

There is only one main buffet restaurant and four a la carte restaurants that must be booked in advance and have a cost of 5-10 Euros per restaurant except for the first one you go to. The main buffet after a few days can get repetitive and isnt enough at times. Sure its a big buffet, but they have nearly the same meals every night. Most of the time its a variation veal or lamb stew and rice, and ofcourse they have fish and pasta every night. They have a great salad and dessert selection however. We went to the Italian and the Chinese restaurants which have a bit of selection and better food. The Chinese was better than the Italian, but in all both were not bad.

As for the room I can admit that the mini-bar was always restocked and the room clean (when they eventually got around to it in the evening). It is pretty fashionably designed with plasma tvs and a good a/c. The beds weren't so comfortable but acceptable. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel on new room buildings, new restaurants, and additions to the water park but it was off in the distance, away from the rest of the hotel. The beach is a rock beach with clear water, lots of chairs and umbrellas and a lifeguard. Its an okay beach for the Med Sea.

Some final notes:
The business center was quite expensive, i think 10 euros for an hour of internet usage. Im not sure if they have free wifi or wifi at all.

We went to the spa for a couples massage which cost 130 euros for two people! It was more of an oil rub down than a Swedish massage. The therapists are not experienced or knowledgeable on proper techniques, as me and my boyfriend didnt feel a thing when they massaged us.

There is a small town center just walking distance from the hotel which has designer stuff, and local merchants that sell crafts and traditional souvenirs from Turkey.

Booked this on line 3 weeks before departure. No reviews as it was new Hotel so didn't no what to expect.My daughter spent her 18th birthday there and they made it so special.
The rooms were exeptional with plasma tv's and mini bars in each room that were refilled everyday.They left us robes and slippers as well as a bundle of toileties.They are several pools on the complex with a water park ideal for all ages.The main dining room was beautiful and the staff waited on you hand and foot. Each of the didnig areas had a vast choice with quality food and drinks.
Live music everynight by the main pool.Irish bar....disco till 2.30pm.
Excellent facilities for children with clubs from ages upto 17. They even have their own Theatre with shows like Lion King and Beauty and the Beast.
All in all this was the best holiday we have ever had just wish we had of stayed longer.

We stayed 6 nights. Generally speaking, we did not like the hotel. he tennis courts was not ready, the construction was going on. There were several workers in different parts of the hotel. There was only one main restaurant in the hotel which was absolutely not enough. The restaurant in aquapark area was also under construction. The staff of room service and reception was not qualified. I believe the hotel will be much better next year. So consider your plan before making holiday in 2010.
