In September we had booked to stay hear, we arrived at 5 to 12 at night. The manager asked me if I was hungry (me thinking because we were all inclusive he was offering me some food) he told me it was tough and I’d have to wait till the next morning. The manager then told us we were in the worst room they have which is just mental. He the. Made us wait 20 minutes for the rubbish bus boy who was to busy outside smoking. Once in the room I could have cried, there was writing on the wall, no air con , shower broken and we we directly outside of the bins wish was making me ill. When complaining to the hotel the manager seemed more helpful but he was not. He admitted he gave us a room that was simply broke and he would get a refund to us so we could change hotels, during the wait to be moved at around 4 we were told me couldn’t sit around the pool anymore because they needed to clean. The hotel was so dirty no cleaning had clearly been done in years. We ended up having to pay nearly 800 to get a new hotel after the manager actually pushed me out the hotel. The best day I actually caught a Bactria infection of the hotel dirtiness, which left me bed ridden my holiday and I nearly could not get in the flight home. This then carried on for another 5 days once I was home. Horrendous service, awful hotel and staff, don’t believe pictures looks nothing like advertised!!!! Please do not go here do not waste your money!!!

I have been in Italy, Spain, Latvia and other countries, but the best service was in Turkey, in yours hotel. You all are so friendly, amazing service! I want to highlight Ulaš! Perfect waiter and bartender, real professional. I will never forget and we will be back next autumn with more friends. Wish you good luck.

Wish I could give no stars!! Stayed at this hotel for a week and know that 5 star in turkey is usually a 3/4 equivalent. However I just want to warn people about the staff, very rude and hardly speak English which is hard when you want questions answering! When we first arrived after a long day of travelling the reception said we couldn't check in till 12 and forced us to have something to eat. There was no nice greeting it was just weird to be quite honest! Me and my partner was put off right at the start. It is nowhere near side town, you have to get a bus that takes roughly 45 mins each way to get there! Very misleading marketing! The food hall is like feeding time at the zoo, it's absolute chaos. Hardly any seats and just far too many people all after the same food! Horrible! The maids just walk in your room unannounced and don't even knock which is so rude and as for the reception, on the last day I put my handbag behind for a little while while I went to the pool as my transfer was at 19:00 and I had to check out my room at 12:00 and a member of staff took my phone charger out of my bag and used it behind the desk for his own personal phone. Went I asked for it back he said no not yet? Are you actually kidding me? What is this hotel? For one he's gone through my handbag to get it and now will not give me my property back!! It was also a coincidence that a piece of jewellery purchased was also gone. Will never return again! Awful and please look at all the other reviews before booking.
