when we ate here we were enticed in then basically left alone we were rushed into ordering food ,we then waited over an hour for our food while turkish people who came in after us were served first then wrong food turned up randomly .When we finally got our meal it was very nice and very low in price but when the bill came we had been charged for things we didnt have ,so check your bill carefully. i would not eat here again as the service was so bad

still in turkey, we (5) decided to try this restaurant one evening. again, as usual, the welcome was very warm and friendly. drinks were ordered and served promptly with the menus. the menu was quite extensive (in several languages). we had the usual salad and dips (seems the norm in turkey) and the actual service was excellent. the main courses were ok, but a word of warning - they give you the impression that some dishes are free (i.e a form of turkish somosa which was delicious) only to find we had been charged for these - but that is only a minor critisism. on the whole, a fairly pleasant evening.

I saw the lonely planet reviews and gave Ugur a go for lunch. Really delicious kebabs with lovely grilled veg and pilaf, two glasses of wine, a raki and apple tea came to £8! Brilliant value and really attentive, pleasant service. Highly recommend it.

went there with a party of 10. First they tried to shove us at the back of the resturant saying they have not got a table big enough and when we refuse to sit there and said we will go somewhere else, they suddenly found a nice big table at the front which was half empty. It took them ages to get our order as if no one was intersted in us. The waiters just stood there and did not care less for the guests which is quite unusual in Turkey. Food was so so. They had a mixed grill on the menu but told us that they have run out of lamb and replaced it with extra salad. I can see the connection between lamb and salad. Would never go back again.
