We had a lovely 2week break at this hotel, perfect for just chilling out.
That said at first we were not happy with the accommodation ,we booked a garden view, the only view we had was the back of the cabin in front! But worse than that was the noise from the road, we were right against the back wall of the complex, no sleep was had the first night.
We asked the next morning to be moved to quieter accommodation and was told this would not be possible today but come back tomorrow ,we did this and was offered the choice of 3 cabins, we chose 2045 which was perfect, close to the beach and the quiet pool and best of all no noise.
We found all the staff friendly and helpful, a special mention for Hamet the waiter who was excellent
The food was fine if a little boring but the evening entertainment was terrible! We usually had a drink in one of the bars and gave it a miss.
The beach was great, the sea warmer than the pools and always plenty of sun beds.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, we had tea and coffee facilities, and the TV had lots of movie channels in English .
We really enjoyed our stay and met lots of nice people.
I would recommend this hotel if you want a chill out holiday.

We arrived at Flora Garden on the 12 September at around 4.30 pm. There was another couple on the coach with us ,who we spoke to many times during our stay and we was the last drop on the coach, which took about one hour and forty minutes transfer time with the drop offs. Yes the Thomas Cook rep asked politely if we would like to leave a tip for the driver, but no big deal if you did not want too. We did btw.
On entry the staff were warm and welcoming, and gave us all a nice refreshing drink. We were very quickly sorted by a very nice guy, with a pony tail, his name was Omer. Always was polite and welcoming whenever we saw him during the coming week. We had room 1006, a short walk from reception. The room was perfectly fine for the two of us, overlooking a very nice little garden. The room had a very large and comfortable bed, and the shower always had hot water. No problems at all with the room.
There were two pools, one close to reception which we stayed at all the time, and a smaller relaxation pool with splash pool. Very intimate but we preferred the larger pool. Always clean and tidy and was never hassled by the team to take part in any pool activities, and very close to the pool bar. Beautiful views over the sea and the sunsets were amazing. We were usually one of the last there around the pool, oh and we never had any problems getting a sun lounger. To have a pool with no screaming kids was heaven for us, as being an adults only hotel, was the main reason we chose it.
The staff were all brilliant and cannot understand previous reviews where people say some are miserable. If any are miserable it’s probably because some of the guests, are rude themselves. We treated them all with a smile and we never had a single problem, or any problems in the evening when having our meal trying to get a drink.
The restaurant called the Magnolia had fantastic views out to sea, and it was always clean and very spacious. The food was a bit samey over the week, but always plenty of variation. The meats being cooked tasted wonderful, and I am a very fussy eater but always found something plentiful to eat. We at lunchtimes did go to the beach bar for pizza and burgers etc. It was a very relaxing place to go and looking out over the sea.
If you walk along the beach you come to the Zen Gardens. An absolutely wonderful garden with a Japanese theme. A Japanese tea house overlooking the wonders of a Koi pond. We went there after dinner most evenings, as it was peaceful and we loved seeing the Koi swimming around in the cool of the evening. Such a brilliant unknown addition to our holiday. I would have loved to see them being fed as they always looked hungry. Don’t forget to go there if you visit this hotel.
This hotel is rather distant from anything outside of the hotel, so if you’re looking for evening entertainment outside, you will have to get a taxi. The evening entertainment we rarely saw, but the dance routines were bloody amazing.
The beach is a shingle beach, which was the only downside. You definitely need something on your feet, and there is a large area where there is no bathing as there are rocks. There is a Jetty which you can go off into the sea for snorkelling etc. We never went onto the beach, which was purely our choice. So if you’re looking for a nice sandy beach for your holiday, this will not be for you.
We had one excursion which was a day trip to see the waterfall and ancient ruins, and a Amphitheatre. We booked it through our Thomas Cook rep, and it was a brilliant day out. Staying in the hotel all week would not have allowed us to see some of the wonders of the local region.
You get a 15 minute free spa treatment, basically a massage for free, which you have to use within 24 hours of arrival. We both had one but decided not to take up their offers of further treatments. Even though my Wife said the prices were more than fair.
We cannot understand negative comments about any part of this hotel. For us it was wonderful and met a few lovely people on our stay here. Matt and Kel made a wonderful holiday experience even better. We did not have a single thing to moan about here, in fact we are thinking about coming back next year. Don’t bother taking any Turkish money, as they love Euros.
If anyone is thinking about going to the Flora Garden, you won’t be disappointed. Just don’t bother going next September, as when we go back we would like the same place around the pool, sipping our drinks, and watching the hot sun during the day go from left to right, into another beautiful sunset.
Thank you to ALL the staff who made our holiday a wonderful experience.

My first review for a few years, and felt this place worthy of my time. Arrived at hotel @ 3am with the minibus driver demanding we pay him a tip. I'm all for tipping, and budget £10 a day for this, but at 3am and not even opened my Lira !. This was nothing to do with the hotel, but a pre-booked transfer. Not a nice start !.
We booked a romantic sea view room with Jacuzzi, something special for our 20th anniversary.
A nice greeting with a refreshing cocktail. Reception area inside was better than the outside view. The porter hastily dragged our lovely cases over the harsh cobbled pathways, all the time I was waiting for the wheels to fall off. This pathway does need a few more lights so be careful with the kerbs. A quick look at the room and another tip, I was prepared this time with Lira in hand. Then slept on the largest and most comfortable bed ever.
Daylight hits....can I hear the sea ? Pulling back the heavy curtains, amazing. We had room 2033 with our own Jacuzzi, our own sunbeds, our own sea view. These timber clad rooms are in blocks of 2 or 3 and are really spacious. These could really do with a tidy up inside and perhaps a new coat of stain outside.
Our room was a few steps to the stony beach, but the sea was as warm as a bath. I wish we had that water in our stone cold Jacuzzi. I thought I was being a wimp, but nobody could sit in there as shown in the hotel photos. We only booked this room for the Jacuzzi and sitting as shown in this warm bubbly bath. All you can hear are screams as guests try to be brave. Be prepared for pongy drains, normally coming on at night. They will send a lad with an air freshener if you complain. Watch out for the bathroom locking you out also !
Dining was in the Magnolia Restaurant, comfortable, spacious with outside dining if preferred and sea views. Service for drinks was a bit hit and miss at busy times, but not a problem getting your own hot or cold drinks. Some of the waiting staff were exceptional. We used the Steak restaurant once which made a change. Service was nice but chips and veg were cold. The snack restaurant transfers to an A La Carte in the evenings, really nice for a change. The lunchtime service from the snack restaurant was excellent, worth spending my Lira's. The pool bar staff really need some training in smiling. This was only a problem if they were working alone. Supervisors and managers were always polite and helpful. For an all inclusive I found the bar times very annoying. Being located close to the Pamukkale pool bar was handy, but opened 10am till 6pm, then again 9pm till 11pm. Oh, you have the Blue bar, 7pm till 11pm, or the other pool bar 10am till 7pm or the beach bar 10am to 5pm, Or go to the Piano bar in main building , free until midnight...confused ? I just want a drink while i'm getting ready for my lovely evening meal. Stock your fridge up while the pool bar is open. Very nice food, caters for all. Amazing desserts, full marks to the catering staff.
Gardens are amazing. Some pathways do need a few more lights particulary on route to restaurant along beach .
If using the Spa treatments you should be able to get a deal on any prices shown.
We had a late flight home with pick up of 7.45pm. We paid 10 Euro per hour to keep our room on and was offered use of the spa showers later on. We went down to shower to be told to get out as they were closing. I tried to explain that reception told us to come down, but was told he didn't care as they had to go home. We did get a very rushed shower before they kicked us out. A really frustrating end to the day !!
Not worth using Liras, may as well just get Euro's as everything priced in Euro, though didn't venture out of hotel.
Return journey to airport was again spoilt by the driver trying to change all his loose change tip money into relevant notes. Then stopping for a break ? so he can stock up on his fridge and all the passengers can use the toilets at his mates supermarket. Again nothing to do with the hotel but Holiday taxibus.
Would i come again ? No .. a few issues to sort before I would go back to this potentially lovely hotel.

Dear Paul,

Thank you so much for choosing our hotel as a place of your vacation. Also, thank you for sharing your opinion with other users of TripAdvisor. We are happy to know that your holiday was beautiful, relaxing and memorable. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience you faced during your stay with us. We shared your comments with our department managers in order to solve the mentioned problems as quick as possible. As far as SPA centre is concerned it is really works from 9.00 till 19.00. So probably there was a misunderstanding with the reception because usually they are informing guests about SPA working hours. Sorry for inconvenience.
Hope you will give us one more chance and we would be happy to welcome you again in Sentido Flora Garden Hotel

Been here 3 times now first in 2011 & second in 2014. Both visits were spot on, good food, fab entertainment, etc etc this time not so good...

FOOD - Negative
This has gone down hill dramatically, the food is basically the same every single night. The chips are like they have been left in the oil for way too long, the chicken & turkey on some occasions didn't seem cooked enough. The food is flavourless and the soup like dish water. Breakfast there is NO BACON, the fried eggs were not cooked properly (still raw on top) every morning this was the same the pancakes were soggy inside they needed longer to cook. There is no new puddings, they are the same every night (Swiss roll, fruit or creme caramel) FLYS they are everywhere on the food and where you eat.

FOOD - Positive
The tepanyaki restaurant was awesome (this was extra at €25 each) the chef was a good laugh and got everyone up for a picture
The ice cream is good
Beach restaurant is a good location and food is of a better standard.

STAFF
The cleaners are brilliant what they do in that heat is amazing, hats off to them. 90% of the staff don't bother acknowledging you, the remaining 10% are very friendly, we had a young guy with glasses look after us most days in the restaurant and he made us feel at home. On arrival reception were great once they knew we were repeating guests, we got an upgrade to a sea view room and sent a bottle of red as a 'thanks for coming back' unfortunately as soon as the week started to come to an end this went down hill, we were told to come to reception the day before our check out as we wanted to extend our room, day before we get told to come back in the morning, in the morning we get told €10 an hour after 12pm, our coach was due to collect us at 10pm a little steep but we considered it after our breakfast, we went back to pay for this to be told that our room had already been booked and they had no other rooms. We should have been informed of this earlier especially as we had asked this question 4 days prior to leaving! Not good!

ENTERTAINMENT
Wow... Now this was shocking, we gave up after 2 nights, 2 live music shows and they didn't know the words to any of the English songs, and there were a lot of technical faults.
The piano bar - this is top notch the pianist is absolutely brilliant so talented.
The blue bar plays modern English music over a stereo.
They used to have markets and camel rides and a club / disco and English singers, the bar staff would come to serve drinks where you were sitting.
The beach next door does parasailing and jet skis this was fun although seemed very short. This was an extra.

LOCATION
This is a stunning setting right on the beach, but this is also on top on a busy main road so avoid room with garden view! Nothing is that close to this hotel and it's about an hour and a half on the coach to the airport.

DRINKS
The bottled water isn't that nice. The cocktails were either really weak or so strong you couldn't drink them. The milk in the bedrooms is more like cream, but the local shop sells milk you can keep in the fridge. The soda drinks seemed to not be very fizzy.
The beer is good, and nice as a shandy.

THOMAS COOK
At no point did we see or meet our rep, there was no communication or letters etc like they used to do.

Overall it's a beautiful hotel, but it needs a lot of work to improve it and bring it back to the high standard it used to be.

Dear Ben,

First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for the third time. Additional thank you for your review posted on TripAdvisor. Your review is highly important to us especially taking into account the you are our repetitive guest and knows our hotel better then anyone. You are right that there are lots of changes in our operations. They are the result of a touristic crisis of last year we faced and working hard to stand up again. But we are working hard not just to come to the same level of services but also to overcome it in the future. Thank you for your critique. We took it into account and shared with our managers to improve the situation shortly.
Kind regards,

I'll start by saying that this is a generous 5 star review and mostly decided to give a 5 star because of few people that made our stay good. One man well worth of mentioning was mr. Gürkan at the dining area (Magnolia restaraunt) who always put great effort to make all guest feel good and enjoy their stay.

Food was nice, good choice for lunch and dinner, could improve breakfast menu since it was absolutley the same every day. Drinks are mostly from the tap except at the breakfast when they serve freshly squized oranges. There's also a zen garden to help relax and take a real break from everything. Very peacefull place!

Things that could use improvment:
1. Night shows and whole animation team
2. Bar at the beach works only untill 5pm so if you wanna stay at the beach later you have to go to the pool for drinks
3. Breakfast menu

Hotel is overall nice and well situated, has very nice views in the late afternoon so definetly would visit again! Hope this helped if you're thinking about booking it!

Room Tip: Definetly do not go for ECONOMY room! At no cost don't take it!
