We stayed in the apartments opposite this block which you can see in the photos. After confirming 2 apartments one with ground floor access for my 70+ parents and pool view they were given the garden view room on arrival. After complaining and spending 2 hours of our holiday conversing with Murat and Emine they finally moved the other couple out and after a clean moved my parents into the correct pool view room. Bad experience from the start. Having lived in Turkey for a number of years myself this is the first time I have experienced this level of service. At one point they wanted us to wait 3 days to move in when the other couple checked out. Turkish people are renowned for their helpful nature. Neither Murat or Emine came to ask if we were ok after this initial experience and avoided us once we asked about pool umbrellas which never materialised and lots of other stated facilities which were missing. For self catering apartments there is not enough mugs, crockery, saucepans, iron, ironing board, airer, pool umbrellas which are all listed on the website. These items came in dribs and drabs from their staff during our stay but NOT the pool umbrellas. There are not enough sun loungers for the rented apartments, not enough space in the sun by the pool in peak season. Our time there was fine as nobody else joined us by the pool. If all apartments were rented this would be a different matter and especially if people smoked by the pool area as they would be directly in front of your apartment. You are 150 metres from the 3 biggest nightclubs in Kemer which can be heard until 4am in the top floor apartments. There is no front desk to query anything so unless you can get hold of the owners whilst in the resort you are very much on your own. Very disappointed at the level of service provided by the Turkish owners.
