“Care for the guests just got promoted”

Wanted to try all inclusive, and forget about our wallets = we chose Grand Haber.
Trip from airport in Antaliya was a bit long, since the bus stopped at many hotels on the way to deliver guests. However, when we arrived, we found that GH is pretty big hotel, with not so big rooms. Initial disappointment soon was replaced with lot of fun at pool area and on the beach. Great deal of lifting the mood was done by the entertainment crew.
P.S. If you have young kids do not take them into Kemer town. Turks have some odd tradition, when they see small kids they grab them and start to hug and squeeze them. My youngest one was snatched from behind, lifted in the air by pretty big dude, who started to speak something on Turkish while hugging. She was terrified and could not stop from crying for some time.

Been to turkey a few time now in Belek so thought we would try a different area. The hotel it self was great lovely room on the top floor, even thou the air conditioning did not work at first. The food was ok but glad it was only a week, Thursday night is Turkish night and the food was much better. The night club was to me the best of the hotel not too rammed and the girls that do the shows really looked after us. The evening shows we v good and looked very professional.
We where the only English there all Russian but that did not bother us.

The town was only a 10 min walk with loads of shops to barter in and some good place to eat if you had enough of the hotel food.

Room Tip: Go out and explore the town, get to know the dance group, becky,Maxine, Jason, Jody and david they m...

Selects the hotel for a long time, chose Grand Haber Hotel 5 * and did not regret it. Arrived early in the morning and we immediately settled. Room, though small, but cozy and clean. Cleaned in the room every day, bar replenished regularly. The food is excellent, a great variety of dishes, even the kids were happy. And what sort of cake! Simply delicious! The staff are friendly, smiling and polite. Swimming pool and water slides just class! A little disappointed in the animation work during the day, but the evening shows were good. In general were satisfied, did not want to leave. We will definitely be back here yet!

This is my second time in Turkey, last year I stayed at Delphin Deluxe, and compared to that, this hotel is only 2 star...

All inclusive... Yes, local cheap drinks... Very cheap. The turkish guests staying here recommend we should buy our drinks from local stores, rather than drink what they serve. Food is ok. Not more... Dinner and Lunch is almost the same every day. Not bad food, but not versatile. (Maybe my comparison to Delphin Deluxe has something to say here).

Staff is very nice, smiling and very helpful, but their english is not always the best. Thank God I speak some Russian...

The beach is a joke, small, with gravel rocks with some tanning beds... It was not like this in the pictures I was before I came here...

I give this hotel 3 in the ratings, if not for the nice staff 2 would be to much...

I am still here, I have been here for one week, and I will stay for another week.

I stayed for 5 days at this hotel from 18-23.09 and I expected a real 5 star, the price was very high so that's why I expected that, but it happened to be not more than average 4* hotel. Room cleaning was awful, small rooms, restaurant service was awful.
Positive things at this hotel, the position for night life and near the city center, the reception, and the beach.
If you ever decide to go there, do not expect 5* for the price you will pay.

Guest mix is composed mainly of Russian guests around 90-95% during the period I stayed.

As being Turkish, I was not cared that much in general. I think this hotel should either not accept Turkish guest or inform and train their personnel to care also for Turkish visitors, latter who have more possibility to return again or compliment or complain much more for them.

Not suitable for mobility limited people; there are stairs in some places, having no other alternatives.

Location is good in Kemer.
The hotel can not be said to be ultra all inclusive; can not find food each hour one wants to have.

Limited alcholic drinks. Only some local alcohol drinks are inclusive which might be bad for heavy drinkers.

Aquapark& kids village for kids which are good for them, but with a less trained or even never trained mini club Turkish employee who seems only to be caring for Russian children.

Towels are free of charge and taken from the hotel's spa daily. In the hotel spa:The towels that they claimed to be clean were smelling sun cream; they were either dirty or apperantly not well washed. When I complained about this, they did not accept this and did not do anything to compensate this situation. They were more likely to chase guests for massage, foam and etc as we were welcome with information of these kinds of services although we did not ask to learn.

I do not want to end up my review without mentioning the noise problem. At night there is such a loud music from either this hotel or the hotels around that it is impossible to sleep at night ( You do not have to be a light sleeper)!!!

To sum up an average all inclusive hotel which have lot of competitors all around.
I would probably not return again as I did not find anything particular to like and prefer rather than the other hotels in the region.

Massive touristeville would be the perfect description of this place with yelling cariokee throught the night. Fortunatelly that ended at 11 pm sharp. What i didnt like - shabby room, hard beds, thin walls and not a great location. What i really liked was the nice huge bathroom with great shower and big breakfast.
