Had a excelent stay at your hotel. Everything from service from staff to food and drinks was at a very high level. I will for sure reccomend this hotel to others. Nice and active entertainment team gave us plenty of challenges in a funny manner. Thanks to all of you for giving us a nice and cheerful holliday. Best Regards Trond Holi, Norway

We went on a family holiday at this resort and we were surprised to find that the hotel is not beach-side as suggetsd when booked, but more in land and closer to the centre of Kemer. It is very close to most amenities and not far from Antalya airport. The food was fantastic, the staff were freindly, the rooms were cleaned everyday in cluding the changing of bedshheets and the animation team were brilliant! However this hotel is dominated by scandinavians unfortunately still living in the dark ages and are very racist towards anyone who is not turkish or white. Please also note that if you are a practicing muslim, the sound of the ezan eminating from the mosque next door can be akward when people are drinking acohol (Especially when as we were there during ramadan!) This is not a resort for young single people or for any couples on honeymoon - it is solely for families and we generally enjoyed the holiday

Room Tip: Promo Rooms are the best!

This hotel is just an amazing place for a relaxing, fun filled holiday. Cleanliness is excellent as is the service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention to Yusuf at reception for his help. A very polite and helpful young man Food is varied and always well presented. Hotels location is right in middle of town so you are never far from what you want to see or do. And finally our praise for the animation team can never be high enough!!! Alex, Sonar, Mira, Emir, Dogus, and Engin you are all brilliant on and off stage. Keep up the good work We will be back soon for our fifth stay. Xx

This hotel is no where near what a 5 star hotel is and should be along the beautiful, sunny Antalya coast of Turkey. The decorations and furnishings are all gloomy brown from sad carpets to the heavy, dark wood in the lobby without even a pretty colorful picture of the beautiful local scenery on a wall anywhere. Everything was old and drab and in need of colorful, modern redecoration. Our room was too small for the third (uncomfortable, lumpy metal folding) bed they put in to accommodate a child. The shower was in a small and very high tub which was very dangerous to step out of when you are all wet and dripping onto the slippery floor...The outdoor pool is small by modern standards and uncomfortably crowded with lounges and sunbrellas, so much so that walking to the pool was an obstacle course. The dining room food was plentiful and of standard quality for an inclusive hotel deal. There is one restaurant on the premises and we reserved a table for one evening and were terribly disappointed - the service was slow and unfriendly (probably because we weren't ordering an expensive bottle of wine), the portions were miniscule, the steaks were below standard and we left without even trying the deserts...When I described this to the Customer Service manageress she did not seem surprised so I guess this was not the first time she received a critical report. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kemer which is an hour from the Antalya airport and the hotel's Mediterranean beach front is a 10 minute drive from the hotel via the hotel shuttle which runs on the half hour. Evening entertainment was some very loud and off key karaoke around the pool. Hotel staff was polite and helpful but that couldn't make an average, maybe two to three star old hotel. into a 5 star resort of the standard that is now prevalent in this charming vacation paradise. In short - VERY DISAPPPOINTING.

Room Tip: Avoid the top floors of the western wing - they are very close to the mosque next door and the muezzin calls several times a day.

Reviewing hotels is not as easy as people make it to be. This is my personal experience based upon my past experiences, my needs, my budget and also my taste, so my views may not be suitable for everyone.
Location- it is about 60 minute drive from Antalya airport, but good connectivity. Hotel is not based on beach though free shuttle service to local beach is provided by hotel throughout the day. It is near Kemer city centre and handy for local shopping and night clubs.
Hotel itself is immaculately clean, best and clean hotel I been in turkey. Staff are very polite hard working and always obliging, and more importantly do understand basic English , good enough for me as I didn't intend to discuss politics with them, just wanted some drinks.
Food- hot and cold, varied with good variation and also gluten free food. Fresh drinks were extra. Beverages including tuborg beer and local spirits, bar is only open till 11, which is a shame as people could be seen taking 10 glasses of beer and lots of spirits before bar closing..
Entertainment staff were excellent, good shows and last night belly dancing was exceptional, will upload some photos soon.
All the guests were wonderful and seemed everyone was having good time.
I read one review about wi-fi being bad, but I ignored it as I didn't want to spend holiday being on net, I wanted to get away from work and net, but there was good wi-fi connection in lobby though annoyingly if was hit and miss.
The timings of snacks and restaurant opening were very good and as such there was no rush for guests to rush to get in and attack.
Good number of British holiday makers were there along with lost of other europeans and as such was a very congenial atmosphere.
Finally thanks to the manager who really seems to work hard to ensure efficient and excellent services,
Finally thanks to friend Cihal who worked tirelessly ensuring everyone got good table during evening's entertainment.
This hotel is ideal for couples and families alike.

But.
1. It is not on beach, but didnt bother us, so those who want to stay on beach hotel, this one is not for you.
2. There is only one pool which can get very busy, but pool itself was vey clean with ample deck chairs,
3. Internet is hit and miss, if u intend o spend ur holiday being on net. U may be slightly disappointed.

Room Tip: Poolside and level 3 floor rooms are excellent as you get private balcony.
