“Brilliant hotel - all inclusive”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

This hotel was 5*, everything about the hotel was great.

Firstly we got given a family room which was overlooking the back of the hotel when we had asked for a sea view room. When we asked at reception for the sea view room we were moved straight away to a much better room. I suggest you ask for a sea view room as the view is beautiful. If you have small children and have a balcony then be careful as they are very low. The room's have safes which you can keep your belongings in while you leave the room which are free of charge. The mini bars in the room are topped up every day with juices, coke cans and bottles of water which is free of charge. The maid comes in every day to tidy the room and make the beds.

You don't have to take shower gel, hair dryer, shampoo's, mouthwashes and body lotions as this is all supplied along with a rope and slippers with plenty of clean towels. Towels by the pool are supplied and you can collect them downstairs by the spa. The spa is great, the indoor pool is very clean and warm. They offer you massages and facials and other treatments including fish pedicure at a cost.

All the staff are very friendly throughout the hotel, however there was only a handful of English people but everybody got on very well as they were friendly. In the hotel restaurant there was a lot to eat every day with a big variety including salads, breads, fruits and cooked meals. The waiters are great, they clear your table for you and get your drinks as soon as you sit down. The waiter called Recep is exceptionally lovely and made sure we had the best time when visiting the restaurant. The pizza place was delicious and they made you pizza's fresh with whatever topping you would like. The coffee bar which was open throughout the day served nice little cakes which were good for snacks. They also made nice coffee's and hot drinks.

However, due to visiting the hotel out of season a lot of restaurants were closed and the bar's but we were still made very welcome. The entertainment was not very lively due to not a lot of people visiting the hotel due to being out of season. However entertainment was put on every night by Emrah and Ilkay and they made a great effort. There was plenty of different drinks to choose from at the bar and plenty of nice cocktails.

Throughout the hotel grounds there were a lot of cats which were very friendly but the hotel staff were getting rid of them due to complaints being made by some of the hotel guests. The cats didn't make any harm which is a shame that they had to get rid of them.

The area has plenty of shops outside the hotel but as we visited the area in late November, the shops were closed and there were only a few supermarkets open. The hotel is situated right on the beach which is quite stony but very clean. You have to make sure you wear shoes that you can wear in the sea as you're feet can get cut up from the stones.
The pool outside was very clean but we didn't get the chance to go in it as it was too cold.

Every Tuesday there is a bus which comes along that takes you to Kemer market. It is very cheap in the market and it is also very cheap to get the bus. There is also another market on the Thursday which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel but you may need to ask for directions as you can get lost.

The journey to the hotel takes about 1 hour which is not too bad as you get to see some nice views on the way. Over all I suggest this hotel as it has very friendly staff, in a lovely area and it is very clean. However it may be cheaper to go out of season but this means there is not a lot to do and the weather is not as hot as in the summer.

Room Tip: The sea view room is the best.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, friendly staff, a nice room and plenty of seats and sofas in the public areas. The food was good and plentiful. We were supplied with water and wine, whenever you wanted it throughout the day. The fridge in the room was topped up with water, coke and fruit juice everyday, free. The hotel is located right on the beach and has loads of plastic sun-loungers and mattresses on the beach. Around the lovely pool there are wooden sun-loungers.

The spa is really nice, with a range of treatments you can buy. We had a Turkish Bath, it was great. There is a in-door pool and sauna too. We thought it was great value for money. You have to take a 10-15 minute ride in a bus or taxi, if you want to go into Kemer.

Room Tip: We were in 227, a nice big room facing the mountains but no balcony.

At the end of November I was one week in this hotel Fantasia deluxe 5 * all inclusive in the package. I would say that Latin saying Omen es nomen in this case is true. Everything was fine except for a few details. I was in a spacious room 314 overlooking the Mediterranean. The downside is that in the evening, when the central heating is included climate smelled a little slurry. That's what I said at the reception but did not do anything because the problem is likely to be extensive, linked to central air conditioning. The downside is the unstable quality massages in the hamam, as a long-haired guy has no idea what is massage and is a waste of money if those on massage. Tennis court is concrete. The weather was except for one day of rain quite pleasant and it was possible in the sea at 21 degrees Celsius swimming. The food was delicious and the drinks on offer all inclusive very good. Around the hotel is a beautiful landscaped garden with pines and palms Dates and artistic sculptures ..

Room Tip: I was in a spacious room 314 overlooking the Mediterranean. The downside is that in the evening, whe...

We holidayed here the 1st week in November. And never been so glad to come home. Its not a truely awful place but it just seemed one long chore. Its not dirty, its OK service & the grounds are nice.

But the selection of food was the major disappointment and just set you up to criticise and pull fault
The pool bar closed halfway through the week. The parasols were taken away. The kettle was taken, winter service!. The beds and pillows had the life kicked out of them. The beach was a dump and full of rubbish and I never once saw any staff clean or rake the beach.

The salads & desserts are good but the main food was so repetitive and of so little choice and unappetising I hated dinning here. Except one lunch time when a load of suits dined here and they put on a real good spread.

Maybe they were running down for winter, but the place was full and plenty of people were arriving all the time.

This place was not my liking.

Room Tip: If you have to come here Insist or book a balcony. The majority do no have one.

We were here for a week from 15th November. Weather very pleasant - only one day rain. The hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. The rooms are spacious but there is no kettle in the room (not supplied in the winter) and we were charged 20 euro for a jar of decaff coffee as the hotel had none! A varied selection of food in the restaurant and the best desserts I have ever seen with all inclusive, The only negative is the wine in the restaurant. Part used bottles are mixed and re-served as whole bottles - twice we were served rose in a white wine bottle which was obviously a mix of red and white wine. To our Northern European food safety standards this seemed unacceptable and it tasted pretty terrible. Very quiet off season and most of the town is shut as this seemed to be the only large hotel open.. A trip to the Roman town at Phaselis is very easy with the local bus and well worth a visit.

I have just come back from this hotel and found it delightful. We went from the 13th - 20th November, it was out of season so you cant expect everything to be open but this hotel does have all you need.

The room was very big with 2 three quarter beds put together to make a big double, it also continued a writing desk, sofa and table and lots of cupboard and draw space. Television and mini fridge were also present - the fridge was not refilled everyday but you could get bottled water from resturant and bar and the kettle was not there but I went down and requested one and got one. The safe was free of charge (which is unusual even in all inclusive). Bathroom was very big and had use of robes, free slippers and was topped up with free shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and soap. Towels were replaced daily and there was even a telephone in the bathroom, the most amazing thing that I have never seen before was that a switch in the bathroom was a speaker to the television so you could listen while you got ready.

There was a pizza restuarant and the buffet resturant - we used the buffet restuarant. The food was pleasant lots of fruit, salad and hot food.

There is an outside pool which when we stayed was very cold and the beach is a few steps away. There was plenty of sun beds and towels for us to use. There are lots of cats but they are fed in the morning by the life guards and they also have food bowls situated at the back of the hotel which are full of food, a lot of the cats are nervous of people but a few will come for a fuss but as someone that loves cats I thought that was pleasant. The bar is situated on the terrace above the swimming pool where you are able to get any drinks you want and the entertainment was situated there at night (this was very limited but it is out of season). There is a coffee bar where they serve afternoon teas. There are also a few shops near the foyer but I would recommend walking to the local shops where they are cheaper. The basement there is a spa area - a warmed swimming pool, sauna and gym area which are all free and there are also rooms to have massages and treatments which you have to pay for. I had a massage which was very relaxing it was 30 euros for 30 minutes.

There is a local bus service which takes you down to Kemer which is well worth a visit, the cost of the bus fare is 3 lira per person each way, Kemer has large shopping area and harbour. The bus service will collect you at the main road just stick your hand out (I wont recommend coming back at 4pm time the bus is crowded with locals. The locals like both lira and euros when shopping we took both with us and was gald we did.

The whole trip to this hotel was lovely and I would recommend this hotel as the staff was friendly and helpful although their English can be quite limited but nothing was too much trouble.

Room Tip: We had 3rd floor room which overlooked gardens and could see the sea and mountains, it had no balcon...

Just back from an impromptu holiday at Fantasia De Luxe. The extras provided in the rooms are standard with a hotel of this class, but some essential basics are missing (kettle with tea / coffee sachets, and an iron! or at least access to one) The offered alternative is laundry service which is not part of the all inclusive package and is priced per item! Could be very costly so take your travel iron. It's now low season so a number of the activities, restaurants, and kids club are all closed. This is the only hotel open in Camyuva and Kemer is 7 km away, so you're restricted for evening entertainment. If you like cats you'll be thrilled, but if you don't or have any allergies you could be in for a rough time. Food choices were sometimes a bit odd, but as most of the guests are German or Russian, they are catering for the majority. Staff are all friendly enough and Guest relations helpful if you have any problems, but if you are looking for an action holiday this is not the time to go there.

Room Tip: Some rooms on the level 7 maybe subject to effluent odours when you are sitting outside. This is due...
