Just got back from my 2nd stay at the Pasha's , nothing has changed , it is still as wonderful. all staff still as friendly. Spoilt from start to finish. Excellent food , hotel and surrounding area. My mom came with me & she too was very impressed by all. If you want a relaxing holiday and to be spolit rotten by the most friendly people then this is the hotel for you. It is a quiet hotel all entertainment stops at 11, but there are 2 bars just around the corner . I would definately go back a 3rd time i love it love it love it.

The hotel itself was very pleasing (clean, tidy, staff extremely friendly and helpful). However the location was not as described in the holiday brochure - too over developed and commercialised. The food was very disappointing - certainly not 'excellent cuisine' as again described in the brochure. We would rate the food as 2 star. On speaking with guests who had previously visited the hotel they too were sadly disappointed this time. What has happened?. The entertainment was also very poor - the best evening being the Turkish dancing night which was worth seeing. A very disappointing weeks holiday.

I stayed at the Pasha Princess with my elderly mother during August 08. Everything about the hotel and its staff was first class and I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing and pleasant holiday.

However my experience of the Thomas Cook rep was that she was a ittle too 'in your face'. She was not particularly interested in helping you, unless you were booking one of her trips. Indeed some of the advertised trips she refused to sell us!" There were 'other more suitable trips', not advertised in the Thomas Cook leaflet, which she was clearly arranging independently! Some friends went on the shopping trip with her, and found that it was clearly designed to pressurise holidaymakers into buying from her mates! They were not happy and detached themselves from the party half way through the evening. However, other people may like this type of approach - we didn't!

Everything else wonderful though.

Absolutly fantastic!

This hotel completely made our holiday in turkey and we are hoping to return again! We only stayed a week but wished we had stayed longer. There was not one thing we could fault about Pashas Princess.

Check in:- We arrived early in the morning after a night flight, the receptionist (spoke brilliant english) was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. We were offered food as soon as we arrived.

The Room:- Clean and spacious, tastfully decorated and our maid was lovely (always a different decoration when we would return). We had read reviews about problems with the air con but ours was completely suffiecient.

Thomas cook rep :- Stephanie, What can i say? she was brilliant had fantastic knowledge of the area and the hotel, would do peoples washing for them and even offered to take is in to Kemer on her day off.

The Food:- A great touch from from the hotel was the Welcome and Leavers tables. We were introduced to the other english holiday makers who arrived on the same day as us at the first meal and as a result made some good friends. The food itself was lovley, we are a fussy bunch but there was always something for us all. The waiting staff were great too, always smiling, nothing was too much trouble.

The entertainment:- quite low key which suited us. The belly dancing was the best night by far!

The beach and beach bar:- The beach bar was so convenient, it saved going back to the hotel for lunch as they served the same thing. There was never a fight for sun loungers on the beach as Pashas has their own stretch of beach. In the afternoon the guys from the beach bar would bring everyone round snacks of fruit, ice cream or cocktails (a lovely touch). The sea itself was actually warmer than the pool! it was lovely and refreshing and crystal clear.

The pool:- Absolutly freezing! it was lovely though to cool off from the hot sun. there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool, we never had trouble getting one either.

As i said we could not fault this hotel! we will definately be coming back!

What a superb hotel, having never been to Turkey, myself and my partner were very apprehensive. This all changed however when we arrived early hours. We did read reviews about how the food wasn't quite good enough but all I can say is if you like your "British" food and aren't prepared to eat the food the country your visiting eats then stay at home, it was beautiful. Also another point should you be worried - the German's were lovely, obviously we had to get up early if we wanted to stay by the pool for the day but it was our fellow countrymen who woke early and grabbed the loungers!!!!
All in all we had a fab time, the hotel was beautiful, friendly and very clean. We'd definately recommend this hotel to couples.
