My family and i spent a delightful week in this wonderful hotel. We were really impressed with the quality of the service and the fantastic food. We will definitely come back again. The new management is doing a fabulous job. See you next year!!

I had a lovely time in this hotel, nice facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, on the beach, visiting the marina and many interesting and beautiful places nearby. My room was spacious and restful with a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were charming throughout and helpful, the food delicious and fresh and healthy. Although I did not bring my children, it is probably also great for young families, with play facilities and again the staff were great with children who were there.

I did not really try the Spa but the facilities looked excellent.

Room Tip: 221 has a nice balcony with sea view.

A wonderful hotel, superbly located and with wonderful staff, food, spa. A team of staff who are there with one thing in mind and that is your customer satisfaction. Hard working and clearly proud to be a part of an excellent team providing a marvellous customer based focus with nothing too much trouble. We cannot fault this hotel at all and you are sure of a warm welcome, superb location and great food, so much choice and there is the lovely roof top restaurant with remarkable views of the bay, marina and mountains. Certainly hoping to come back again for this hotel's quality and friendliness. Just marvellous.

Room Tip: Have a room with a sea view it is breathtaking.

Lovely hotel. Its is situated by the marina and the mountains surround the resort. The food was Ok we have had better. The A laCarte was very good they had the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel and the tables are outside so you have a great view while you are eating. If you are a swimming pool person this is not the hotel for you. It is not very big and is tucked away in the corner. We are beach people so this did'nt bother us. The room was clean and comfortable. You had tea/coffee making facilities. Bath robes and sleepers. A flat screen TV. Entertainment at night is low key so don't expect much. There are shops and bars 200 yards away so you can go for a walk if you wanted to get away for an hour?
And neither of us had an upset stomach.

We chose this resort and hotel as it was a place in Turkey we had not heard of before, never mind visited. It's a lovely location, off the main highway running down the coast so traffic is minimal. This hotel is in a great location right in the bay with amazing sea, marina and mountain views. From my title you will guess not many Brits visit here, in fact I think there were about six of us in the hotel the week we were there. The manager said there were 6 rooms being taken by British guests the next week. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The food was of very good quality in the buffet restaurant every meal time. Lots of choice and help yourself to freshly squeezed oranges for breakfast! We had a meal in the a la carte restaurant. The food was very good indeed but we thought too many courses and we couldn't eat our dessert. On looking around most guests were leaving theirs too. The view from the restaurant is amazing however. The best bit for us was we had (and had paid for) a sea view room. We were on the fourth floor and the view was quite spectacular. All inclusive drinks were of good quality.
Kemer is a lovely coastal town, you can explore everywhere on foot along the coast both way and also into the town. The beach at the hotel is a short walk across a public garden area. There is decking one side of the walkway and sand the other. As you would expect the decking side is very popular and we gave up trying to get sun beds there but always managed to get them on the sand. The beach going down into the sea is stony, you need beach shoes. It also slopes off quickly to very deep water. There is a jetty where you can climb down into the sea and swim. This was heaven for me as I love to swim in the sea. With the marina one side and the mountains the other in this beautiful bay it felt like you are swimming in a giant lake, bliss.
As said before there are not many Brits here so the town doesn't cater for the football shirt and "Asda price" mentality of the more commercial areas of Turkey. This we really liked. The downside was the prices were higher in bars etc, however as we were all inclusive this was not a problem for us. There are many nationalities staying at this hotel, Russian, German , Scandinavians and even people from Kazakstan. Hence the town caters for their needs more than the Brits, but I managed to do lots of shopping as I usually do in Turkey and also barter for some good deals, particularly on the Tuesday market. In some brochures this hotel is classed as adults only, it's not, so be aware. We were slightly annoyed at times by unruly children of pre school age, but nowhere near as the number you get in larger hotels.
So if you love Turkey and want to find a little gem not dominated by the British sell of Marmaris etc give this a go. We will definitely be back!

Room Tip: Pay for a sea view! You will not regret it.

Usually stay in larger hotels in Lara Beach, Belek or Side.
Delighted when we saw the position on the beach and next to the marina in the center of Kemer. Even more delighted with the view from our balcony overlooking both the beach and marina!
Hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is fantastic and the staff are friendly and will try to help you as much as possible.
There were not many English staying there when we were there, but the staff all tried there best to speak to us in English even though the majority of guests were very friendly Germans.
There were very few children staying when we were there.
The beach area has lovely comfortable sun loungers with lovely big umbrellas. We ate every lunch time at the beach bar which had a small but freshly prepared menu. The evening menu was varied, some freshly prepared by chefs and we found all the food to be hot. the Director's Gala dinner was fantastic with some excellent fish dishes.
If you prefer a slightly smaller hotel in an ideal setting, this is for you.
We will be returning, hopefully next year.
Thank you to all of the friendly, helpful and professional staff.

I have recently returned from a week’s relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was first class from the moment the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and welcome, to the moment we reluctantly left. My cousin is normally difficult to please but she was impressed here, which is saying something. We had lovely sea views from our room on the fourth floor with towering mountains to the left and the marina to the right. The private beach is a few moments’ walk through pretty landscaped gardens and there’s no shortage of sun beds and shades. The food was absolutely wonderful, all freshly prepared and varied. Our favourite place to eat was in the open-sided dining area next to the gardens. The treatments in the spa were of a high standard and I would recommend the body scrub in the hamam on the first day of your holiday. The staff were courteous and efficient; the general manager and spa manager were helpful and informative. We were made to feel like valued guests throughout our stay rather than just a number, which is how you can feel in larger hotels. As you can tell, we loved this hotel and shall definitely be returning.
