This restaurant is set within Hotel Cachet and offers a wıde variety of Turkish and International food. We had some our best meals here durıng our stay. The food is very tasty, well cooked and presented. The service is very good with waiters attentive but not obtrusive. You can eat in the restaurant or out on the terraces which have glorious views of Greek Meis island and other islands. There is a good selection of desserts and wine. I would recommend at least one meal in this restaurant if you are in kas. Like us you will be back for more!

We stayed at Hotel Cachet in September 2012, which houses Manzara Restaurant, and we cannot recommend this place more. The lunch food we had, the smaller dishes and salads from the main menu were perfectly portioned and we ate them down by the pool bar where we were sunbathing. I think outside guests would be able to do this too but the best views during the day are upstairs on the terrace.

The dinner service was impeccable. The busiest night we ate had about 8/9 tables with hotel guests and other diners all seated outside on that particular mild evening. The staff were quick and efficient, and took great care to ensure you had everything you need.

The variety of dishes was wide and sufficient for the pickiest of diners, we had a different main dish each over 4 nights and NOT ONE of them disappointed! The Andalucian chicken was smooth and creamy with just the right amount of sweet added, and the Shish Kebabs are well spiced and cooked brilliantly. Ask what the fish of the day is, we had Sea Bream which was served whole and was delicious.

The desserts are nice and just the right amount to top off the meal, my favourite had to be the brownie, whereas my other half loved the pancakes. The cappuccino is really nice as well, however I do believe they could benefit from having a coffee machine of some sort.

The chef Fikri does a great job and obviously has a passion for all things culinary, and has the experience to match. He came out every time to ask us if we enjoyed our meal which was a great touch and shows a care for what he does. Until next year!

This was probably the worst ever meal we have ever experience the only upside being that the chef dropped us off back to our hotel which we were so pleased to be back in!

The restaurant is totally soulless and was absolutely shocked following all the positive comments made about the restaurant on Trip Advisor and made us wonder who was actually eating here (the management?)!

The restaurant was so dark we couldn’t even see our food which we can tell you was a blessing in disguise!

The food was shockingly bad (we choose the chef's specials so we thought this is the best it gets) which came out of a frozen pack and took over 2 hours to arrive (the restaurant only had to cope with 3 tables!).

The changing pool lights, which we couldn't just stop laughing at, were a complete gimmick as was the glowing tomato which by this time we were in hysterics (does anyone eat this?!?!?).

We were told because it was off season the restaurant were shorted staff?! If this is the case surely only a half sensible restaurant should close rather than serving up the slop we had is anything to go by!!

We are very surprised by your very negative review. Our patrons’ dining experience seems to differ considerably from the views you have expressed, and they have posted genuine reviews. The restaurant is always well lit even on the terraces where extra lights have been installed which can be dimmed to provide a more romantic dining experience, and table candle lights are also provided. We also have our own generator and even at times of power cuts there is sufficient lighting.
All our food is fresh and we source only the best quality produce from the local market and have a daily delivery service. Our international chef has a very high reputation having worked in some of the best restaurants in Fethiye and other regions and the meals are always of a very high standard. It is also somewhat contradictatory in that you state there were only 3 tables and yet you had to wait two hours! Even in our busiest period no guest has to wait more than half an hour for service.
We maintain adequate staffing levels even in the low season and when necessary provide extra staff. We pride ourselves in setting high standards of service, excellent quality of food and presentation and provide an exceptional dining experience – all without the need for Gordon Ramsey’s help, thank you!

We stayed at the Hotel Cachet for our third year and the standard at the Manzara restaurant was as high as ever. Excellent range of dishes, coupled with attentive service and good selection of local wines. My favourite dish was the fresh sea bass cooked with apple. The marvelous setting and views further complement a great dining experience
