I have to start by saying that the hotel is beautiful but and a big but, having stayed here with my wife in June for one week and realising that the hotel opened at the beginning of June, they have got some mileage to go to get it right for example: Customer service is severely lacking especially at breakfast and at lunchtime,(would recommend Asfiya Hotel for lunch), take up the offer of dinner at Likya and you will realise what I meant by customer service, also be warned if you are staying in a pool suite like we did there are no umbrellas, my recommendation would be to ask for one as there's no escaping from the sun, unless you sit underneath the above balcony. The minibar prices are extremely pricey. No dinner here but plenty of excellent restaurants in the old town.
Once they get the customer service skills sorted out and I hope quickly as its going to get busier then this hotel will, and I'm sure will be number one in Kalkan, but unfortunately its a long way off that at the moment......
