What a wonderful holiday we have just had , where to start as there are so many positive about this lovely apartment & resort . The apartment is a mixture of rustic & modern all done very tastefully , the apartment itself was very clean with towels provided there was a quaint little terrace to sit on with views of the sea & if only you could capture the smell of the jasmine in your picture as well as the lovely Bougainvillea around the resort .
We had a lovely welcome from Ibo the gentleman that looks after the property , he had provided us with a welcome pack consisting of : Eggs , bread , butter , milk , juice , jam , tea , coffee , sugar & water ....amazing and such a fantastic touch And start to our holiday .
The resort itself is just wonderful beautifully maintained and well kept , friendly helpful staff , lovely pool areas , little bathing platforms with sun beds & parasols , you can swim from these platforms in the perfect crystal clear tourquoise sea just heaven !
I thought it best to mention that there are a lot of steps in this resort but not a major problem as from resection the resorts offers a free shuttle bus all around the complex , oh I must not forget the little boat that ferrys back & forth to Kalkan harbour at a small charge of 5TL (just over £1) very good value lovely taxi service .
We had the most marvellous holiday in a lovely apartment it was our first time in Kalkan & Turkey & most certainly will not be our last , to all those people worries about travelling to Turkey I say don't be the people are lovely & Kalkan as much as I would like to keep it a secret ! Is a must

Stayed in Kalkan and got the boat over to the Patara Prince most days. Beautiful pool with views to die for. Selection of terraces and the cost of the boat/hire of the beds and mattresses is worth every penny. The pool is seawater, and incredibly buoyant. Pretty terrace for lunch with a selection of tasty options including club sandwiches and pizzas - and of course cold Efes beers. What a great way to relax for the day.

İf you visit Kalkan, you have to stay at this hotel which has beautiful view of Kalkan.
We stayed 3 nights at sea view room and it was perfect.

The room was very big with 3 balconies. The view from room was fantactic.
The rooms are not newly decorated but you do not feel uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good and people are very friendly.

We recently went here for a wedding which was BEAUTIFUL!!! Positives: Staff were very helpful and attentive and kind, the views from practically any part of this property are incredible, the pool was clean and the hammam was great. Cheap but only the room was cheap and some of the food, otherwise alchohol is really expensive and the local wine is not great. There is a local prosecco which is really lovely. Beds were very comfortable beds made every day.
Negatives: There was only wifi in the reception of the hotel, so everyone congregated in the reception to check their phones, send pics, make calls. No wifi anywhere else, not by the pool, not in the restaurant/bar, not in the rooms. They play the same music over and over, Frank Sinatra. It is one of the only CD's that they have. They are not up to date technologically and so for the wedding we had only what they had on CD which was Frank Sinatra and Arabic and Turkish music. I love Frank Sintatra but hated him by the time we left. There was no way to use Spotify or connect to a speaker etc. The food was all average however the food for the wedding really was great. We ended up ordering a lot of shish and salad as no other options similar.
Overall we had a great time but the lack of technology really lets this place down.
The rooms are tired and old but to be honest i dont spend time in my room when I am away on holiday so it didnt bother me, showers and baths need a revamp. No full length mirror in our room. You cant leave your phone in your room to charge because you have to have your room key in the room in the slot so that is a downside too.
The owner/architect needs to move with the times although we couldnt have had nicer service and we had a lot of fun anyway.

It is the second time, I have came here for work travel. But it is such a nice place, also for holidays and honeymoon.

Private beach for relaxing. Nice and romantic place for dinners. Quite and lovely secret gardens for walking. Qualitiful breakfasts. You feel the choises are the same, which you could give to your family members in your home, of course much more.

But the best thing is the employees and the managers attitudes. They make a special bouquet of flowers for me from their own garden on my birthday. You could see too many photos for surroundings about the hotel and rooms. But I guarantee for the staffs behavior with that photo I guess.
