Patio terraces for each bedroom to enjoy morning coffees or cool nightcaps.
Fire up a Turkish coffee and relax on the shaded patio outside.
Cool down in the pool after a hike from the city shops.
Meander down to the nearby Beach Club for a shady chair, and swim out to the water trampoline and rafts.
Cook kebabs and veggies on the grill, or walk 10 minutes to the main strip of the little city for dinner and drinks.
Use your rental car to visit nearby ruins at Xanthos, Saklikent Canyon, Patara Beach, and Tlos ruins.
Rent an evening or morning boat tour from the marina, which includes lunch/dinner, and diving into the blue water.

“Fantastic Holiday with AMAZING views”
Reviewed July 1, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Had a great time staying at this Villa in Kalkan. Uninterrupted views, private pool and great location made our recent stay at Kalkan one we will never forget. Kalkan is a lovely spot with great restaurants around a sparkling bay. It would be easy to spend the week at the Villa without leaving however there is alot to do in the area and exploring was fun. Would happily recommend this spacious, well appointed villa which is close to the town and most restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes.

“Private, well located, well equipped - great for a couple of families”

We stayed here for a week with another family, our kids were older and theirs younger but the setup of the villa over 3 levels (you come in via the top level which has bedroom & ensuite, then down to next level with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, then down to main lounge / kitchen, with 4th bedroom & bathroom off this) works really well to accommodate a larger group. Incredible views, lovely pool and really easily accessible to the lovely town of Kalkan where there are loads of restaurants, both on the harbour front and in the little back lanes. A car would be useful if you wanted to adventure a bit, there are loads of things to see and do within a short drive, ruins, beaches, wading down the gorge, fishing for and cooking your own trout for dinner, and would also recommend going on a boat tour for sunset one evening, easily organised directly with a boat down at the harbour. Would definitely recommend.

“Our beautiful Turkish vacation...”

After an enjoyable but somewhat hectic schedule traveling with our two-year-old through Germany and then to Istanbul, to spend a week at this gorgeous, peaceful villa in Kalkan was like a vacation within a vacation. Time stopped. We saw ruins and visited public beaches and did our share of eating in Kalkan (some of the best food we'd had too), but for the most part we were content to sit around the pool, contemplate the sea and curve of the earth, and linger over meals well into warm evenings. The multi-level house was well designed: upper levels for bedrooms and privacy, lower level with kitchen and social areas opening up to the pool, yard, and a large deck and community table. We left Kalkan brown and happy.
