“What a gem!”
Reviewed October 14, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We (my husband and I) stayed here the first two weeks of September and had a fabulous time in Kalkan. The villa itself has an exceptionally homely feel and has all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. The wet room is superb and the rooftop bar offers fantastic views and is a great place to catch the last rays of the day.

We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool (which is large for a two bedroom villa) whilst enjoying the beautiful established garden. We did venture out some days to experience the local market (Thursdays), a boat trip to Kekova (which is a must) and a visit to the gorgeous Patara beach.

The town is about a 20 minute stroll with lots of restaurants nearby. The harbour is renowned for the many picturesque rooftop restaurants and all of those we tried offered excellent food.

We had a great holiday and will definitely return in the future.

“Most relaxing and convenient villa for 2/4 people”
Reviewed October 9, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

As a couple, two couples, or a family with two children this villa will take some beating. The villa although not large, has everything you could require. It's main attraction is the pool and garden. This is our 5th villa in Kalkan and previous villas have always been 3/4 bedrooms. This villa has a bigger and more secluded garden than any of them. So peaceful and relaxing. The roof ottoman offers a bar and a lounger that holds four, plus the most wonderful place to drink and watch the sun go down.
All in all book it, you won't regret it

“Another day in Paradise! Relaxing home from home in Kalkan”
Reviewed July 18, 2013 for a stay in July 2013

Sad to be home from a fabulous holiday in Kalkan at this little villa with a fab pool and garden. Beautiful relaxing space on the luxurious rooftop with beautiful views of the bay for drinks in the evening and peaceful morning read. The villa is so pretty and really well appointed with all you could need for a family or couples holiday. Short 15 min walk to the town and cafes and shops only 100 yards away. We love this gorgeous villa and its secure, private gardens and can't wait to go back.

“Perfect holiday villa”
Reviewed July 9, 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We stayed here at the end of May into June and had a lovely relaxing week with temperatures in the high 20's. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with very comfy beds. The kitchen is small but has everything you would need for lunches and snacks by the pool. Amenities close by include bars/restaurants and a local small supermarket shop for essential supplies.

The pool area is fantastic for relaxing with plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, relax in the shade, or eat. Pool and garden serviced daily so it looks beautiful. Completely private and enclosed so you never feel 'on view' when by the pool. We loved the rooftop bar for drinks in the evening under the stars. There is even a fridge up there, everything has been so well thought out.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend this villa, a lovely place to stay, with only a 10minute walk into the centre of Kalkan. Yes it is uphill on the way home, but it is perfectly manageable with plenty of places to stop for a refreshing drink if an excuse is needed!

“Relaxing home from home!”
Reviewed July 6, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Well what can I say about this villa..

Kitchen/Living Room - Kitchen small but fully prepared with everything you would need to cook a good meal. Living room furniture well placed and comfortable. Good TV no channels but good for DVD's for quiet nights in.

First Floor - Lovely master bedroom with balcony and lots of wardrobe space. Small second bedroom but wardrobe space under the stairs on the first floor. Bathroom has the best shower ive ever had abroad and is very modern and spacious.

Roof Top - Our favourite part of the villa, lovely double sun lounger and handy bar with fridge. Amazing views over the bay!

Pool/Garden - Pool is huge for 2 and even for up to 4 people. Many smaller hotels have pools this size. Always clean and tidy. Sun all day round till 6pm! Gardens are lovely, lots of butterflys around the pretty flowers. Fresh limes on the lime tree's and shaded seating area. BBQ is a challenge but just set fire to the coals and keep it shut for up an hour and you will have the perfect cooking temp!

Local Area - Its a good twenty minute walk down hill into the harbour (for the less mobile or unfit persons a taxi back up the hill is a must). Cafe Vita is just around the corner good for a cheap and cheerful meal. Pasha bar is a must for a drink, they do the best cocktails in Kalkan! Many places to recommend for a good meal (Sade, Coast, Salt and Pepper, For a night out Mojito or the moonlight cruise with dinner from the harbour)

Beach - If you walk down hill from the villa the Kalkan Beach club is a 10 minute walk and they provide a free taxi back up the hill. They charge 10 lira per sunbed but it includes all the non motorised water sports (Sea Trampoline, Sea sunbathing platforms, pedalow, canoe etc) expensive for food and drink but a lovely day out! Great calm waters for swimming, snorkelling and diving!

I would recommend the villa and kalkan for a relaxed break. You can eat as cheap or expensive as you need too. The villa is perfect for quiet nights in or busy nights out. One of the best villa's in the area (it may not be a modern looking property but its classic turkish with all the modern/homely inside you'll need) Enjoy!

“Great facilities, private, relaxing, clean and would visit again”
Reviewed December 17, 2012 for a stay in October 2012

Super house located about 15 mins walk into Kalkan town centre, easy to manage even with young children and taxis back to the house cost less than a fiver and readily available. Kitchen was quite basic but this didnt bother us as there were fabulous restaurant reviews from previous residents in the house, which meant we could easily find somewhere to eat each night.
Pool was a little cool however it was the end of the season, however great size and the boys loved it! Roof terrace with day bed was also very relaxing particularly later in the day to catch the last rays of sunshine! Highly recommend and will be booking again for next year :-)

“Fantasic property, ideally located”
Reviewed October 18, 2012 for a stay in October 2012

Located in a quiet part of Kalkan, close to some good quality bars and restaurants, 10 min walk to the town centre. The villa is ideal for a couple or family. The villa is extremely well presented and a perfect base for a holiday in the lovely town of Kalkan. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of space to sun bath and pleasant shaded areas to relax. The villa and pool are are maintained to the highest standards.
