Just come back from holiday hotel was nice but my husband became ill 6 days into our holiday.Did not go out of hotel and only used bottle water I had to call a doctor out and he went to hospital with really bad diarrhea and was there 2 days.It was hard at times in the hospital as English seemed to be a problem and I felt very alone. The bill was over £1600.00 and so glad we had insurance. We have been to Turkey 6 times in all and the first time one of us has been ill.At times I did notice not all wore gloves when dealing with food .

We stayed in the palace for 1 night before we kindly got moved to the Imperial at our request.
The male reception manager was really nice he went out of his way to get us moved to the imperial and gave us day passes so we could use both hotels. The building of the Imperial inside and out is amazing, but when you use both hotels you realise the service at the palace is much better. The dining room is near to the food so you dont have to walk far to find a seat and when you do sit a waiter comes straight to the table to take your drinks order unlike the Imperial where you had to get up and ask for a drink after waiting for ages thirsty. This hotel has a really nice quiet childrens pool with lots of seating and has a drinks service area at the side of the pool so you can get your own drink when you want. This hotel has a more personal feel to it compared to the Imperial and I would advise people if you are looking for a 5 star service stay here, if you are looking for 5 star accomodation stay in the Imperial. If I was to visit Turkey again and the rooms had been updated I would stay in the palace as the staff really make this hotel 5 star.

I am a person who find very hard a place where to like! Well, this is one of my favorite place where I spent a great holiday, and I have to say that peoples who are behind of this business (managers, executive staff, and so on) know how to deal with, and the hotel deserves all five stars. So, from my side maximum points because everything was very good, starting with staff, services, cleanliness, rooms, food and especially the entertainment team with their boss in the head ("Turkish proffesional") :). I meet a person from the public relation who asked me what thing did not like me ...and after 2-3 minutes, I just found something...there are a lot of tourists (may they are also impressed by this place) who come with their customs (they put the towels on the sunbed very early and is very hard to find a good place at 08:30). But for those who do not care about such a problem can go smoothly, they will find a friendly place and staff.

Room Tip: I had a land view towards the main street, but the room was very large, very clean, with every devic...

We had a wonderful stay here in June this year. Great food, clean, we'll maintained hotel with plenty of things for the children to do. Only two downsides were on our arrival day we were asked to stay a night in the hotel next door for some inexplicable reason, and on the last night we were kept awake by a Russian couple having a screaming argument!

This is our second visit to Delphin Palace and cannot fault the hotel, service, food and entertainment. The jetty on the beach is very peaceful to escape to and the bar and staff are very friendly too. Only negatives this time would be rude Russians who seem to all smoke while you are eating on tables next to you! As non-smokers think there should be designated areas for alfresco diners/smokers! I love to eat alfresco but not while 4-6 people are smoking on table next to you.
Cannot fault anything else with hotel, cleaning, staff, food entertainment something for everyone of all ages! Will be returning again. Lovely relax pool no children under 14 if you want some peace and quiet and young guy pushes trolley with drinks so you dont even need to get off the sunbed!
Al a carte Mexican and the Italian were lovely. Waiter service not overcrowded and very attentive waiters.
Will book again next year !

This was are third time at the palace and even though you have the new delphin imperial next door and some of the staff have moved there, the quality of food was still great, the cleanliness was still imaculate. the staff still great especially oruc in the joir bar, and all the animation team were fantastic. you will find this hotel hard to beat if your going all inclusive in Turkey. superb time had by myself and partner and seven year old son. will definetly be going back again but will be giving the new imperial a try we went for a look round when we were there in july it looked pretty impressive but need to stay there before i can compare it to the Delphin palace.

Room Tip: Always ask on check in if its possible to upgrade your room for a seaview over the relax pool or ask...

We stayed again at the delphin from the 14th of july to 28th it was our third time at the palace, and even though some of the better staff have gone to work at the new imperial next door we Again can't really fault this fantastic hotel, again food amazing, great facilities, the animation team who run the kids club are fantastic especially ziya and can (john) and ece (AJ) and also eros, I would again definetly recommend this hotel for family with kids of all ages the beach partys are excellent fun, and this year they had some live bands on stage by the ampitheatre which was good we went to look around the new delphin imperial next door which on first impressions was truly amazing and very palacious but can't comment on the staff as only there for 1 hour but was very modern with lovely pool areas will definetly stay there next summer to see what its like and compare it to the fantastic delphin palace. We are already looking forward to next year can't wait.

Room Tip: When booking in always ask if you can be upgraded to a bigger room or a room with a se view preferab...
