1, people who have given this a bad review i can only imagine are not very well travelled, because by far it was so much better than all 3 spanish hotels, 2 minorca, 1 majorca and 1 lanzerote hotels and another turkey which are all no where near as good. Price was good. It may not be 5* but i would say it came close.
2, hotel only 20 mins transfer, when arrived 10 ish at night, they showed us room , signed us in and gave us oppotunity to eat and then party. All staff at desk, etc helpful and friendly, always smile.
3, breakfast was good, always lots of choice, cereals, hot, breads, fruits etc etc... I had a different choice each day, same with lunch and dinner. Food was good, hot and waiters very friendly, high fiving the kids, smiling, we certainly never had to wait long for them to bring drinks, and refills. puddings were great too. Drinks were fizzy and fresh because out of bottles and not taps. and if u wanted cold there was always ice available. Wine was better than most hotels too. My daughter liked the kids coctails. We have never had as much choice of food. and the a la cartes which we didnt feel the need to use were cheap too.
4, we used pool towels, the card system was easy and we always got fresh towels each day. We never stuggled to find a sun bed, plenty around, and even more available on the clean beach. Sea warm, watersports good. Pools themselves were huge, 1 massive lagoon pool, 1 50m pool, 1 25m pool, 1 indoor pool, 1 kids pool and 1 slide pool plus dotted around were spa pools and a freeze pool. always had loads of room to swim, never got busy, even being in August. Much better than the pool sizes of europe where u get jumped on etc.. We had much space. Sand got hot, wear shoes on beach! The pier has good sunbathing area too. Lots of gardens dotted around to sit and relax in, sum wiv bean bags. Pools clean, life guards friendly and good. Men walk around giving you frozen cloths for u to put on ur head. Lots of snacks around, fresh fruit, veg, cakes, chips, jacket spuds etc etc..
5, entertainment team, hard working and fun. If u wished to take part there was day time activities, for adults and kids, winners got medals etc.. mini disco was enjoyed by the kids, evening entertainment was fun too, pier party, 4 seasons party both different and enjoyable. My daughter was well looked after by Buket and Ceren. Ampitheatre is hot! u sweat.
6, we didnt use the spa, massages, tennis, squash, bowling, etc... but others we knew did and they said they were good value too.
7. Rooms were ok size, enough hanging space for the 3 of us and draws. Balcony ok. Air con good, you could set a temperature you wanted. cleaned, towels changed, beds changed, and the fridge and shampoos etc were refiiled all free. Tv had english news etc..Cleaning staff always said hello and smiled.
8, Bars, theres quite a few bars, we only used 4. Lobby bar, cool because air con. Barmen came to us for next order when he noticed we were low. Solaris bar, all staff friendly, They stopped people jumpng queues, told some they wouldnt serve until they queued which is good. Always chatted, and again asked if we want refills or anything when they came to our tables.
9. overall, all staff friendly, pools and hotel clean, food good, drinks good(watch for big measures), entertainment good, weather very good, 38c or higher daytime, 28 plus evenings. Gardens pretty, no problems at all.
would i go again, maybe! the only thing stopping us is that we like to go to different places each holiday. I would def recommend to you all to go. My daughter is 11, she loved it. My husband just wanted to relax, and he did and had fun too. Slide pool was fun!

The actual hotel is lovely, but due to the service it is definitely not 5*. Every family there had at least one family member suffer from ear infection. A friend who stayed there last month warned us, but we assumed that the hotel would have addressed it...they hadn't my daughter got it and spent 2 days crying her eyes out and not being able to go in the water...in 40deg heat. The hotel have a very pat answer and can produce figures showing chlorine levels etc...who cares about that all we want is uninfected pools which this hotel cannot deliver, and on investigation have never been able to deliver. the previous posting about lifts and rude staff and customers is valid.... be prepared for a bit of a bun fight.

This is the first time we have done an All Inclusive Hotel package, and we did have concerns. This Titanic AI package did not give us any issues. If you want a AI hotel delierving value for money, Clean, Safe, and Family orientated. Titanic meets and exceeds all this requirements. Is it 5* - No, but why are you focused on a 5* Hotel rating for a family holiday . Is it a 5* family hotel ... Yes: 100%. We felt safe with hours of arriving to allow our 9yr old daughter move around freely within reason. Most of the guest during our visit were families with children, but we saw no signs of excessive alcohol consumption. We have no issue with the Russian or other vistors. in fact the only time we have to stop quene jumping it was Brits - Very very sad in view of some of the previous comments. Remember the Russian who are at this hotel are Rich russians.
I can recommend
a) Do not start at the beginining of the massive buffet layout . Your plate is not big enough to get to the end of the food selections
b) do try the Haman in the hotel, it may be more expensive that going outside, but you are at a 5* location and the quality of service is reflected. Ahmet is a very good and will address those deep muscle aches
c) Sea view room a must and over 75% of the rooms have sea view for some reason Brits all staying in the few rooms overlooking the carpark - why ?
d) Drink lots of liquid - all soft drink are branded with the Lime and Lemonade a favourite with children
Enjoy the value for Money - If you want a 5* hotel like visit the Mardan in Antalya. If you want 5* Family that Titianic is good

A lovely looking hotel but definitely not 5*. We had a few little niggles about the place, the first was that the family rooms were located in the noisiest part of the hotel so much was clearly banging until gone midnight! The food very repetitive- Veal mostly every night! There were not many lifts in the hotel so with 2 pushchairs chances of getting a lift quickly was impossible plus a lot of people were rude and pushed in ! Breakfasts did not serve bacon or scrambled eggs EVER during our stay but if you like pastries and bead you're in for a treat. As we arrived about midnight on our first day we were told that we would be able to keep our room on , on the last night as we had a night flight (which is what majority of the flight are) but this was not the case, we were told by a rude reception worker that we would have to vacate by 12 and shower in the communal spa (with all the others leaving that day). Waiters would have you die of thirst before taking your drinks order. On the good side pools for the children were fantastic.

We have stayed for seven nights. Hotel, rooms, pool, returant and beech are excellent and I would easily rate them9/10. My only reservation was the staff at reception whom in the absence of a concierge are not very informative and their english is weak and therefor any converstion will take you no where. I have booke two interconnecting rooms and on arrival we are told due to overbooking they can only offer one suite room for one night and move us the following day to our interconnecting room It was 10 pm and after a long conversation including a phone call to the manager I have persuaded them to spend the whole holiday in the suite room without paying any extra. The food was fantastic and different each day. Th hotel was very clean. Having said that, the resorts owner and his family were spending their holiday at the same time and therefor my judgment might been wrong but I would still recommand the resorts to family with teenager.

i went on holiday with my dad and my brother and everything was perfect at the hotel, we had no complaints atall. the entetainment was really good for all ages and the food, altthough my dad and brother loved im a fussy eater so wasent the best for me. there is lots to do for kids and the water park is really good. we go on holiday quite often to diffrent countries but this has been one of the best by far. the pier which is part of the hotel is lovely with nice bean bags to relax on. for shopping there is a shop to sell basic food and drinks and pool floats and then there is a bag shop and clothes shop in the hotel, and for main shopping there is big shopping mall's about 10 mins walk from the hotel. during the day there is lots of things to do for the kids, like the kids club and lots of water games. the staff are really friendly and love to talk to you. overall it had been a really good holiday and were looking at going again. :D
