This is probably the only part of Antalya that doesn't feel like a modern resort city. I visited it to take a cruise of the shoreline; there are a ton of boats that will take you out on a roughly hour long cruise. If you want to take such a cruise, make sure you go in the morning - the seas are usually too rough for the ships to venture out in the afternoon.
At this time, access to the harbor is via a long downhill, which means you later have to climb back up. It's doable, but it may be tough for those less mobile. They are currently constructing an elevator for people to use (as of March 2014), but I don't know when that will become available.
