Owner description: Descend from Kaleici to the Antalya Marina via very steep stone steps. Bring sturdy shoes so as not to slip. It's well worth the effort because the marina is a lovely crescent-shaped place where fishing boats rub shoulders with smart yachts. Watch the fishermen sell their latest catch and chat with yacht owners. A few small cafes offer coffee or tea. Look back up toward the plateau, which forms the basis of Antalya and get a special view of the landmarks from down below.

“Beautiful Marina”
Reviewed December 10, 2013

The marina located at the old town of Antalya is very beautiful although a little too crowded for obvious reasons. The view of the sea is really nice specially on a sunny day. It is worth spending some minutes there and even trying some of the restaurants alongside the marina.

“Really beautiful area of the city”
Reviewed December 4, 2013

Perfect for romance! I was with a friend, but this area, at sunset, was beautiful and so romantic. Take a stroll through the Old Town to the Marina, you will have spectacular views of the cliffs in the distance, the harbor, and the stunning beaches. I will also say that the beaches are AMAZING (there is no place for a review on there that I can find),a nd we just stumbled upon a beach "club" that charged us for a chair and umbrella, and delivered food right to us. So amazing!!

“Romantic place to have an evening meal.”
Reviewed November 29, 2013

We really like the old town and harbour, although I must say we have only been there out of season so can't say what it is like in Summer. Its a must to have an evening meal at one of the restaurants on the front.

“a surprise”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

we walked to the harbor by small streets. very relax, and suddenly you see a nice small hotel with garden behind a small opening, lovely small proper shops, a little square with a juicebar and further on a beautiful vieuw on the harbor and sailing ships.the small streets are decorated with flowers and old signboards. downhill to the harbor with boats signed with pirates.
sometimes a donutseller with a plate on his head. his donuts were delicious.
at the end of the harbor stairs with a lot of touristic shops and uphill a square with restaurants and terraces. a lovely walk !!

“Pirate Ships Ahoy!”
Reviewed November 22, 2013

My friends and I rented a huge pirate ship for 2.5 hours - we went along the coast, saw lovely waterfalls, and got to swim in the Med for 30 minutes, jumping off the ship!

We had a blast - we asked to choose our own music (CDs only), and had a great time. Ask around and get the best deal you can get - we were 15 people and it cost us 350TL, about £120, so about £8 each, which was well worth it. :) Swimming in the Med in the deep was one of my highlights of our trip to Antalya!
